"Grandsons Loved It"

It is sometimes a tough thing to impress one's grandsons. Ripley's Beleive It or Not really solved that problem for this grandmother. My grandsons, aged 13 and 11 really got into all of the exhibits and had a great time!!! Their mother and I also found a lot of the stories extremely interesting and on the whole, this is a great, fun experience for the whole family.

I took my 9 year old son to Ripley's in time square AND HE HAD A BLAST!!. We are headed back to NYC in 2 weeks and he is already begging to go back. Highly recommend!

Tip: You may have to wait in line, but it is totally worth it!

This was a great experience for my entire family. We have a 3 and 13 year old and both enjoyed it. It was also enjoyable for the adults. Great experience to see different things, and a way for the entire family to interact with each other.

Our visit to Ripley's was for my daughter's 12th birthday, her and her friends had a great time and want to go back again.

Tip: having the tickets printed made it a breeze to get in.

"If your kids are into weird stuff, they will enjoy this"

A reasonable collection of weird kind of stuff. An eclectic mix. My kids enjoyed it, especially the end section which is quite interactive. They also liked the 'weird photo' opportunities. It is reasonably presented, though I think somewhat overpriced. At half the price I would have said it was a good deal, so it was good to get slightly discounted tickets.

Tip: It takes about 3 hours if you read and try everything, but you could do it in half that time if you were just browsing

How much time should I plan to spend at the museum?
Most guests spend between an hour and a half to two hours exploring the strange and unique artifacts, exhibits and interactive experiences at Ripley's Times Square. As with any attraction or museum, your personal tastes will determine how long it takes. If you plan to dive into every item and read each caption, you'll be here a bit longer. If you plan to focus on featured galleries, you will find that two hours is sufficient.

Is photography allowed at Ripley’s Times Square?
We encourage guests to take as many photos of themselves as they want while interacting with our exhibits.

Is the museum wheelchair accessible?
Yes, Ripley's Times Square is handicapped accessible. Wheelchairs are available upon request at the admission desk on a first-come, first-served basis.

Do you allow strollers?
Yes.

Is food or drink allowed in the museum?
A number of our exhibits are priceless and simply cannot be replaced if damaged. Therefore, to be sure that we preserve the collection for future visitors, we do not allow any outside food, gum, or beverages.

Is there a gift store?
Yes! Our magnificent Ripley's Odd Shop features items that range from the bizarre to the unbelievable and everything in between. The Ripley’s Believe It or Not! Odd Shop is the perfect place to find something for everyone – Believe It or Not! t-shirts, bizarre collectibles, unique jewelry, crazy candy, gadgets and toys that will engage the imagination. Our products change regularly and we invite you to visit often. Our gift store may be accessed by the public as well as those who have visited our attraction.

Is this museum the same as other Ripley’s?
Ripley's personal treasures can be seen in Believe It or Not! attractions around the world. Each museum is unique in its collection of oddities and in their presentation. No Ripley's Believe It or Not! museum would be complete without the "old favorites" however - the incredible people whose stories Ripley gathered on his journeys around the globe. These strange people are brought back to life in detailed wax figures.
