Located in Midtown Manhattan's trendy Tribeca neighborhood, Moxy NYC Times Square offers pet-friendly boutique rooms with unique amenities such as clever under bed storage, flexible foldaway furniture, walk-in rain showers, and fast and free WiFi,

Macy's is only less than half a mile from the property and Penn Station is just two blocks away. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant and an evening drink at the rooftop bar on the 18th floor with views of the Empire State Building (reservations are required).

All rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV and air purification systems. Each room has a private bathroom. Extras include free toiletries, a hairdryer, a pen pegboard closet with a foldaway hanging desk, a luggage rack, a bench and chair.

There is a 24-hour front desk and a shared lounge.

Madison Square Garden is 0.2 mile from Moxy NYC Times Square, while Empire State Building is 0.3 mile from the property. The nearest airport is LaGuardia Airport which is 6.2 miles from the hotel.

We stayed for 5 nights at the Moxy on a recent trip and it was a great base for our New York stay. The room we had was compact but a great use of the available space and we managed fine as two adults with two large suitcases. The only thing I would have changed would be to not have the bed against the wall as I had to climb over my partner if I needed to get out in the night but this wasn’t a huge issue and again it did maximise the available space. The hotel bar was nice as was the coffee shop next door and a $20 dollar credit per day to use in either of these was a nice touch, as was the complimentary drinks cart that was there most evenings when we came back. All the staff we dealt with were excellent especially Joanne who was super helpful. The lifts were pretty efficient and the luggage storage in the basement was great on our last day. Although we could hear noise from the street in our 9th floor room the sound proofing was pretty good and we slept well. All in all a fantastic location and a great place for a city break.

This is a great hotel, lots of amenities in the hotel including gym, cafe (with good coffee), bars and restaurant. Happy hour in the restaurant was good and $20 food credit for the establishments was a nice touch. Super convenient location right in the mix if things. Decor of the rooms are good and the bathroom is very trendy with a decent shower. Rooms are small but as expected in New York. Jeffrey on the front reception was excellent and got us to our room quickly which was amazing as we had just done a 24 hour trip with two young kids.

We came to New York to get married and used this hotel as our base. We arrived and having booked through a 3rd party were confronted with a $35 a night charge as a 'facilities tax'. While I accept the cost it wasn't communicated to us in any correspondence before our arrival The first night our room was right outside the lifts and all i could here was the squeaking of the lift and the music when the doors opened all night. On the wedding day the make up artist my wife used was sitting in the lobby 20 minutes as the staff were saying that we had never checked-in so they almost didn't have enough time to complete their job. We had let the reception know the names and times of any party that was arriving to help us. Our stay wasn't negative, the hotel is good, location good, rooms clean. The staff were helpful when we asked to change rooms and the bakery/rooftop bar is great. The above were little things that went wrong but our stay was generally positive

Absolutely loved this place! Great location, adorable rooms with everything you need, CLEAN, friendly staff, and easy luggage storage. Seriously, the perfect spot for your NYC getaway. Surprisingly quiet for the location as well! I've stayed other places in NYC - but this will absolutely be my new go-to!
