There is not official Pearl Harbor dress code, but rangers reserve the right to ask visitors to leave if they are dressed inappropriately. We also suggest you bring a jacket. People often imagine that Hawaii has only one temperature, but it can get chilly and rain. You do not want to miss out on the outdoor exhibits if it rains. A rain jacket will make your trip more comfortable. Also, if you find the theaters cold, you may wear your jacket.
It is OK to bring kids to Pearl Harbor. It is one of the best things you can do with your kids in Hawaii.
