Had an incredible breakfast overlooking the beach and ocean at Bali restaurant: french toast, chantilly cream, fresh squeezed pineapple juice, and Hawaiian coffee. It was fantastic. Our server Jian was very friendly and kind and offered great recommendations. Highly recommend breakfast here!

Went to Bali’s Restaurant for breakfast and our server Jiam (Sky) was wonderful. Talking us through the menu and keeping my coffee cup full and my husband’s water glass full too. Eggs were perfect and the breakfast potatoes are out of this world!

My husband and I stayed at the Hilton Hawaiian Village from Nov 10-17, then went over to Kauai from Nov 17-22, and then came back over to the Hilton Hawaiian Village to stay another few days, Nov 22-27. We love it here! Our return visit today to round out our vacation is actually our 3rd time staying here! We love the atmosphere because it just feels "alive" to us and a deep sense of Ohana. Upon arrival today, I thought there had been a mix-up with the room that I had to choose when I checked in online yesterday chose due to it being the only choice I was given. And so when we arrived today and went to the front desk, Sachiko was the woman that checked me in. I explained that I thought that I had been given the wrong room and why. She listened very closely and looked up my past stay from the 10th-17th and then today's reservation. She was very friendly, kind, understanding and polite. She worked on the computer and looked very intently on finding a better room for us and I truly appreciate that. She was just so sweet. I personally feel that the Hilton Hawaiian Village is a very good value for everything they give their guests on the resort and it's why we're on our 3rd visit. Mahalo, Sachiko!
