Excellent service. Atmosphere was joyous and everyone was friendly and helpful. Room was very nice and clean. Housekeeping was great and helpful when you need something. Leah Cacay was very pleasant and created us every day.

Lovely resort! The hallways are lined with amazing art. The gazebo and wedding chapel are fantastic for a reading break. Great breakfast buffet with many vegetarian options. The shops are expensive (it's a resort after all) but have lovely things. The pools are fantastic. The lagoon that is open for swimming has an outlet to the sea, so you'll see sea turtles, mantas, and many awesome ocean fish. The restaurants are good, but I wish there were more of them (to be fair, I've had resort experiences where all the resort restaurants are books for weeks in advance, and this was nothing like that). 2 mall areas are withing walking distance for more food and shopping options. The valet experience was really quick every time. I was disapointed that there weren't sandy beaches and ocean swimming, but that's on me for not researching the area more fully before committing. Some beaches just aren't safe for swimming. The luau was good and bad. The show itself was fantastic. Unfortunately, the weather drove us inside, but they did the fire dance outside at the end and I really appreciated that. The food was what you'd expect from a buffet, not the highlight of the night. But the drinks clearly had no alcohol in them. They give you one when you walk in that has alcohol, but I'm pretty sure I was drinking virgin lave flow shakes for the rest of the night after that first drink. We even paid more for the better experience - I would have paid extra for one decent drink as opposed to 3 sugar bombs that cost 5 cents each to make. We often had to log out and log back in to get Wifi, but it only takes a few seconds and Wifi isn't why we were in Hawaii. Sometimes the housekeepers forgot to empty the garbage, but there's a trash can by the elevators so we just did it ourselves. People are people after all, sometimes things aren't perfect. Overall, this was a lovely experiece and the locaiton is great.

Brilliant hotel catering for all ages & all nationalities. Highly recommend ********** This is our 7th visit to Hawaii and our 7th visit staying at Hilton Hawaiian Village. Kids were aged 10yrs when we first visited and now they are 19yrs - still asking to stay in this hotel. Our housekeeper Gina S. was fantastic. Our room was thoroughly cleaned daily and when asking for extra towels it wasn’t a problem. We were always greeted with a huge Aloha in the mornings (even when she was attending to another room down the corridor) and she would always check to see whether the boys were awake as she didn’t want to interrupt their sleep. Brilliant housekeeper.
