"Excellent staff experience."

I met Josie who was cleaning the big table at the lobby and showed me a wonderful example of a good employee. She represents Hilton very well and was great to talk to as I was doing some computer work. Give that lady a raise! Also had a good experience with my check in and want to give Junielyn from the front desk some kudos.

We had a wonderful stay and truly felt welcomed from start to finish. A special thank you to Josie, who would warmly greet us every morning whenever we saw her around the hotel property. She always had the biggest smile and took the time to check in with us, making us feel genuinely valued as guests. Josie also gave us fantastic advice on what to see and do in Hawaii, from local attractions to hidden gems we might not have discovered on our own. Her recommendations really helped make our trip extra special. It’s staff members like her who turn a great stay into an unforgettable one.

"Best Kept Secret In Waikiki"

So we were looking for a hotel close to the beach at a reasonable price in Waikiki. The rates are generally quite high to stay close to the beach. Having been a Hilton Honour member for decades we found this gem. Truly a bargain price with everything we wanted. I highly recommend this hotel for the following reasons: Close to the beach Target store across the street, very handy Nice mall across the street Lots of restaurants around the hotel Central location for Waikiki activities Has 4 elevators, all are operational so no long wait times Friendly front desk staff 3rd floor pool with full bar, free suntan lotion available at the pool, very nice feature Super clean room, I would say this is a big selling feature Fridge, microwave, coffee maker very handy Water pressure, incredible shower All soaps shampoo and body cream in bulk containers, nice Connivence store with reasonable prices Restaurant on site seems busy The only negative is wifi won’t play YouTube but maybe this is actually a positive! We’re in Hawaii so maybe we don’t need YouTube. So I would highly recommend this hotel. The Hilton chain has always delivered for us, this asset is probably the best overall experience we have had in many years. So I highly recommend this hotel, we will be back.

"Great location, nice rooms disapponting breakfasts"

This Hotel is in a wonderful location, We had a great room with partial.sea view. The house keeping was excellent. Our daily onsite breakfasts were a real disappointment though. Very very average food. If not included in your package we would strongly suggest you go elsewhere. The shop attached in the lobby is convenient but the air conditioning freezing. Its a balmy 23 degrees in Waikiki beach yet this freezing AC is in many shops buses and buildings. Pack a light jumper or jacket.
