Paula's customized tour of the New York City area was probably the best tour we have ever taken. Every detail was taken care of and I must say the service was excellent! She has excellent knowledge of the area and is free to share that knowledge. We will be doing many more tours with Paula and her team!

Having had the opportunity to work with Paula and her team the last year, I can easily say that they offer a top notch service. Paula is one of the hardest workers out there, and will go the extra mile to make sure your tour runs smoothly. She's very knowledgeable about the city (including DC) and will take her time in order to understand exactly what you're looking for. She's a true partner in doing everything yo make your NYC experience unforgettable!

"Washington, D.C. School Trip with Paula Reynolds"
TripAdvisor user rating 5 out of 5
Reviewed April 28, 2019
I have worked with Paula Reynolds for several years as a planner and tour guide for my middle school's annual 8th grade trip to Washington, D.C. and surrounding areas. To say she is outstanding would be an understatement. Paula is well-organized, enthusiastic, and has excellent communication skills. My trip planning begins several months in advance, and Paula's assistance in setting out the schedule takes a lot of stress off me during this process. In addition, she makes suggestions for events she thinks my students might like, but ultimately accepts my opinion if I differ. Never pushy or overbearing. During the trip itself, Paula takes care to see everything goes as planned. She keeps up with tickets, vouchers, and works to maintain our schedule. If there is a problem, she handles it. While doing all this, she maintains an enthusiastic demeanor in the presence of the students and parents, which I appreciate, and they genuinely like and appreciate her. In short, a very friendly and professional guide. Highly recommend.
