No. Once a pass is activated (by using it at an attraction), it can only be used by that individual. Passes cannot be re-sold or used by more than one person.
With an All-Inclusive Pass, it will be valid for the number of days you purchased over a 14-day period. For example, if you have a three-day pass and activate it on the first day of your vacation, you'll then have 13 calendar days to use the remaining two days of your pass. Non-activated All-Inclusive passes are valid for two years from the date of purchase.
