Nice property, great location, wonderfully friendly staff. I thought it was a very good value for price paid. Rodrick Taylor was an excellent server n the restaurant and he has a very hard job. I know from experience.

Clairisa was our waitress for dinner 1/29/26 and our waitress later on when we returned after the Bruin’s game. She is an excellent server - very professional and does everything very well. You are fortunate to have her on your Staff.

Located within a few minutes from the Arlington tram stop, the shopping area and Boston Common…it was ideal for our trip Decor as you enter the lobby is as grandiose as you would expect Reception and restaurant staff were friendly and looked after us well during the snowstorm weekend Special mention to Lisa, who provided all the info I needed at the concierge desk Rooms were clean and spacious enough, but I would say they are a bit dated and the bathrooms, in particular, could do with a little refurb The shower dribbled water in a way I had to run around to get wet I get the sense that it’s a US thing, as Hilton’s outside of the States tend to include breakfast in your room charge (especially when you’re Diamond), so that prevents this from being a full five stars for me Plus it’s missing an Exec Lounge as well….again, is that a US thing where they don’t have them?
