"Nice amenities, but room was small for price, alot of conferences"
TripAdvisor user rating 4 out of 5

So stayed here for 3 nights. Got there two hours early, seemed like a few conferences going on so very hectic. 1st time in awhile I was not able to check in early. Had a nice little library area to sit while waiting. Felt the room for the price was very small. Small bathroom, small little like shelf for working that was very heavy and hard to move. Small channel selection. Had lunch (NE Chowder and Turkey Club and Soda $50+ dollars!!!) Best part was the access to Lynx Gym which was awesome and it had a Top Golf 3 bays. That would be the only reason i would go back is for the amenities.

"Excellent staff, small rooms, very clean, great breakfast!"

Last week my husband and I stayed here with our closest friends and family for our elopement at the Boston Public Library. I wanted to write this to thank the staff for making our wedding weekend so special. The rooms were smaller than I would have liked and a little dated but very clean. The breakfast in the morning was excellent and though we thought it was a little pricey it was comparable to other restaurants in the area but had the convenience of being just down stairs in the lobby. The hotel itself is very walkable to many bars, restaurants, and activities. It is just around the corner from Boston Common and the Public Garden as well as Beacon Hill. There were several staff members who stood out to us over the weekend. I am writing this in hoping someone from the hotel will see it and forward our sincere thanks. Singh, front desk: Was incredibly helpful and charismatic. He helped us upgrade our room with no issue. He worked almost every night that we stayed and was always ready with bar and restaurant recommendations for us. He was thorough, efficient, and friendly, and made us feel like we had someone we could go to if we had any problems. Devon, front desk: Devon also worked many of the nights we stayed and was also very kind and helpful. She too recommended restaurants and bars for us to go to and was very helpful in directing us to different amenities within the hotel. Charles: I’m not sure what his official title was but Charles helped us all weekend carrying bags in and out and getting the doors for us. I was especially thankful for him because he took care of my elderly grandparents all weekend. It gave me peace of mind knowing that I didn’t have to worry about them getting help. Stephanie, sales coordinator: Stephanie was the initial person I had reached out to regarding our hotel block. She was timely and very nice, and helped us easily coordinate a room block for our guests. All of the special requests we had made were done when we got to the hotel and we never needed to ask twice for something. Overall every single person we came across at the hotel was kind, helpful, and timely. Thank you again for a wonderful weekend!

I had a truly wonderful stay at Hilton Ark Plaza, and I want to give a special shout-out to Miss Devon at the front desk. Not only is she absolutely beautiful, but she’s also one of the most helpful and considerate hotel representatives I’ve ever met. She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and made my stay incredibly pleasant and stress-free. Her warm demeanor, professionalism, and genuine care for guests truly stood out. Hilton is lucky to have someone like her on the team—Miss Devon is simply the best!
