We recently stayed in Boston and stayed at the Sheraton for four nights. The hotel was in a quiet location, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities at the hotel were superb as well. I would highly recommend staying when in Boston.

Fantastic location with direct access to the Prudential centre. Rooms well equipped, and we had a good view from our 18th floor room. We didn’t eat at the hotel due to being so close to lots of other eateries, but did use the bar located in the large entrance lobby. Staff very helpful in particular Genevieve in concierge who was fantastic. 15 minutes walk to Fenway park and just a few minutes from the lovely Newbury Street shops and restaurants. The journey from the airport took only around 15 minutes and cost less than $30. We would certainly return next time we are in Boston.

The hotel is located in a great part of the city right next to a great shopping centre and food outlets. Would recommend a room in a higher floor for great views and less noise. Genevieve was superb at helping us with our room, she has exceptional customer service and an outstanding member of staff. The hotel bedrooms are very clean, spacious and light. Would definitely stay here again.

Just had a 6 night stay at this hotel. We were upgraded to a King room and the room was great. Plenty of space and everything we needed. The daily water and coffee was an added bonus. The hotel was in a great area for getting around Boston with plenty of bars and cafes nearby. The only thing that disappointed us was on check out the gentlemen did not smile or ask us how our stay was, just not very personal. Saying that we would stay here again during to the area and the updated rooms and bathrooms
