Are food samples included in the tour?
Of course! Guests enjoy 9 food tastings from various vendors and cuisines.
How long is the tour?
The tour is approximately 2.5 hours long.
How much walking is involved?
Guests walk approximately 1/8th of a mile.
Is parking included in the tour cost?
No. Parking is not included in tour admission costs. Parking validation is only available for Farmer’s Market parking lots.
Is gratuity included in my tour price?
No. However, gratuity is greatly appreciated, especially if you had an excellent tour.
What should I bring on the tour?
We recommend that guests bring a bottle of water along for the tour and dress appropriately for the weather forecast. Plus, don’t forget sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat on hot, summer days.
Where do I meet for the tour?
Exact meeting details are provided on your e-Ticket. The Original Farmer’s Market is located at W. 3rd Street & Fairfax Avenue.
Do I need to purchase a ticket for my child?
Infants or young children under the age of 5 do not need tickets if they will not be participating in the food tastings. Children ages 5-12 or those participating in the tastings require a child’s ticket offered at a reduced price.
Is the tour wheelchair or stroller accessible?
Yes.
Will the tour still depart in the rain?
Tours depart rain or shine. In the case of extreme weather, guests will be contacted and given the chance to reschedule.
I have dietary allergies or restrictions. Can I still participate in the tour?
You are able to specify dietary restrictions and food allergies when you book your tickets. Please be as specific as possible, so we can accommodate your needs. If we do not find out about dietary restrictions until the day of the tour, however, it is not possible for us to accommodate them.
Is alcohol served during the tour?
No.
