We originally booked 2 nights at the hotel. Unfortunately due to the Air Canada strike we needed an extra night. The front desk was extremely helpful and were able to keep us in the same room. Staff were friendly, the room was clean and always stocked with towels, coffee and water. The pool was nice and clean. The location is great for the park. It’s a quick walk to Universal Studios. Would stay there again.

A good hotel with pleasant surroundings, not to mention easy access to Universal Studios. The pool and jacuzzi are open until midnight. The view from the room was amazing, my family loved it. I would definitely come back again. Good bar and restaurant.

I would like to recognize the incredible work of Juana Camacho, who has been part of the hotel family for more than 21 years. Although her role is listed as lobby attendant, she brings so much more to our team and to our guests. Her attention to detail and passion for her work are inspiring. Juana creates a warm and inviting environment, keeping the patio and atrium areas beautiful for all who visit. What is most impressive is that she often does this with limited resources, yet always finds ways to make the spaces vibrant and welcoming. Her dedication, joy, and genuine love for her work shine through daily, creating memorable experiences that should be shred.

Every time I have visited this Hilton I am always welcomed with great service and an incredibly kind staff. This time I had the pleasure of being serviced by Juana Camacho. She was very attentive and kind. Her attention to detail in cleaning was greatly appreciated and make my already great experience even better. I always feel at ease when I interact with well rounded staff and Juana very much stood out in a positive way.

We had a great stay at the Hilton. We got a slightly better room as we were given a corner room. It was massive! We had so much space to spread out. The bed was so comfy and soft, we had the best sleep, and we needed it after a 12 hour flight! The bathroom was amazing, I especially liked the seperate mirror and and bench which meant I could do my makeup while my husband used the sink to shave. The best part of this hotel is its location, it's only a short walk to the park/city walk. We only stayed 1 night, but wish it was more!
