Amazing customer service I met a lovely woman in passing named Juana C who was so amazing and provided me excellent customer service when I needed some assistance. Would stay again solely based on the customer service provided by her !! Made my stay in Hilton Los Angeles even better.

Staff was friendly and knew their customer service from the Doorman to the housekeeper, especially Lovita in Cafe Sierra in the mornings who was able to always anticipate our questions and needs with her big smile.

This Hilton has an excellent location. It is also very clean. The decorations for Christmas were beautiful! The staff was very kind. We got on the same elevator as one of the employees, Erick, on the way down to the lobby. He was very friendly. He heard us talking about the pool and told us there was a hot tub as well. We went to check it out at his suggestion. It was so nice in the hot tub! Then we ran into him again as we were going into the ice room on the main floor and he told us there was one on every floor. Later, my daughter and I were taking a picture together in front of the Christmas trees and large nutcrackers displayed in the lobby. He saw us and offered to take our picture so we didn’t have to take a selfie. It looked so much better than what we could have taken. -See a need, fill a need is what Erick did for us. He could have ignored us and went about doing his job, but he went above and beyond to do little things to serve us.
