You’ll be floored in the 12-acre Cars Land where the Disney•Pixar’s hit movie Cars comes to life with high-octane attractions, dining and shopping. It’s a one-of-a-kind Disney experience! And there’s much more to discover in nine themed lands including The Little Mermaid~Ariel’s Undersea Adventure and World of Color nighttime water spectacular.

Mickey’s Toontown Returns
Disneyland Resort continues the Disney 100 anniversary celebration with the reopening of Mickey's Toontown in honor of Micky and Minnie’s birthday. Get ready for some all-new experiences including interactive play areas and inclusive experiences for families of all ages.
  • Unwind in new grassy play spaces, starting with CenTOONial Park, anchored by a beautiful fountain featuring water tables designed for play that invite guests to have a sensory experience, plus a dreaming tree with sculpted tree roots for children to crawl and explore.
  • Inside El CapiTOON Theater, Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway puts you in the wacky and unpredictable cartoon world of Mickey and Minnie. Board a train with Goofy as the engineer for a zany, out-of-control adventure filled with surprising twists and turns that the entire family will enjoy!

  • Step inside Goofy’s House to find a fun, interactive candy-making contraption that begins high outside of Goofy’s home, as drips of honey fall from a beehive onto a chute that slides the colorful drops down into the home. From there, junior candymakers will help Goofy make the candy, and the silly sounds of household appliances will combine to make a truly Goofy symphony.
  • You'll find Donald’s Boat perched in the duck pond of the Goof homestead with larger-than-life spinning water lilies, balance beams and rocking toys that will help little ones get the wiggles out. Look into the boat through the portholes to witness bubbles of fun inside the flooded vessel and interact with familiar ducklings including Huey, Dewey, Louie and Webby.
  • For those wanting to get a little ‘nutty,’ head over to Chip ‘n’ Dale’s GADGETcoaster, where Mickey’s Toontown’s favorite tinkerer, Gadget Hackwrench, has created a one-of-a-kind, fun-sized coaster for the town’s tiniest citizens.
  • And at Mickey’s House and Minnie’s House, you’ll once again be able to step right into their homes and enjoy a self-guided tour, discovering special surprises in every room. You may even be able to visit with Mickey and Minnie while they’re there, should they be home!
  • Roger Rabbit’s Car Toon Spin will also return. Board Lenny the Cab and spin through the streets and alleys of Toontown as you follow the adventures of Roger Rabbit.
  • And when you feel a snack attack coming on, you can turn to two new places in the land to appease your appetite: Café Daisy, where acclaimed culinary expert, Daisy Duck, serves up diner classics at her sidewalk table eatery; and the Toontown Farmers Market at Good Boy! Frequently Asked Questions about Disneyland Resort Theme Parks

Do I need to make a reservation prior to arrival?

Yes, in order to enter, BOTH a Park Reservation and Valid Admission Ticket are required prior to arrival. Please check to see if your desired date and theme park is available BEFORE purchasing your ticket by clicking on the Check Availability Calendar. After purchase, visit your Disney World account at https://disneyland.disney.go.com/login to set-up an account and select the date you plan on attending the park through the Disney Park Pass reservation system. Given the limited availability of reservations, it is recommended that you make your theme park reservations immediately after purchasing your admission. Buying a ticket does not guarantee you admission without an advance reservation. Capacity is limited and sells out fast during peak periods. Park Hopper tickets require a reservation for the first park you plan to visit for each day. You can hop to another park with the Park Hopper after 1pm based on park capacity.

Is parking available? How much is parking at Disneyland?

Yes. Depending on which direction you’re traveling from, we recommend parking at either of the following locations, which are close to both Disneyland Resort theme parks: - Toy Story Parking Area – accessible from South Harbor Boulevard and West Katella Avenue. - Mickey and Friends Parking Structure – accessible from Disneyland Drive and West Ball Road. Upon arriving at the Disneyland Resort area, simply follow the signs to be directed to the best option based on your location. Daily parking rates are: - Car or Motorcycle: $30 per vehicle. - Oversized Vehicle, Motor Home or Tractor (Without Trailer): $35.00 per vehicle (Must park in the Toy Story parking area). - Bus or Tractor with Extended Trailer: $40.00 per vehicle (Must park in the Toy Story parking area.) Parking is subject to availability. Prices may change without notice.

Need to swap out an option? No problem. Disney Genie service will continue to offer new suggestions throughout the day, so you can make the most of your time during your visit.

What is Disney Genie+ service?

Take your day to the next level with Disney Genie+ Service. In addition to getting all of the great features that come with the complimentary Disney Genie service, purchasing Disney Genie+ offers even more convenience and flexibility, for $20 per ticket per day. Disney Genie+ service is available for purchase as an add-on for existing ticket holders through the Disneyland app on the day of your visit after park entry. You can select the next available arrival window for Lightning Lane entrances at select attractions, one at a time, all day long. There are a variety of attractions across both theme parks that are eligible, which is great for guests with Park Hopper Tickets.

How can we take advantage of the Lightning Lane Entrances?

Get quicker entry to select attractions by purchasing arrival windows for our Lightning Lane entrances throughout Disneyland and Disney California Adventure. There are 2 options to purchase and select arrival windows for Lightning Lane entrances. And since each option offers a different set of attractions to choose from, you can combine the two. 1). With the purchase of Disney Genie+ service, you can select the next available arrival window for Disney Genie+ Lightning Lane entrances at select attractions. You can make one selection at a time, after park entry on the day of your visit (attractions are subject to limited availability; limit one Lightning Lane selection per attraction per day). There are a variety of attractions throughout Disneyland and Disney California Adventure Park that are included in this service. Guests with a Park Hopper ticket and an appropriate park reservation may cross over and switch between parks on the same day beginning at 1:00 PM to experience the attractions at the other park with this service. 2). For some of our most highly demanded attractions, Lightning Lane entrance access will be available to purchase individually. Guests may purchase and select the next available arrival window for up to 2 attractions per day. This option will be available for all guests with valid theme park admission and park reservations—with or without Disney Genie+ service.

How long do I have to wait between making Disney Genie+ selections for the Lightning Lane?

Once you’ve redeemed your initial selection (or the arrival window has passed), you can use the Disney Genie service Tip Board or My Day itinerary to see when you’re eligible to make another selection. You can make selections, one at a time, all day up to regular park closing, subject to availability and limited to one Lightning Lane selection per attraction per day.
