COVID-19 ENHANCED SAFETY MEASURES

The Museum has implemented enhanced health and safety measures; however, we cannot guarantee visitors will not contract COVID-19 during their visit. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place at this time. Visitors to the Museum voluntarily assume all risks related to COVID-19 exposure.

The requirement for bag inspection and visitor screening on entrance will result in an inability to guarantee our security officers can maintain 6-foot social distancing during these procedures. In the event of a reported COVID-19 exposure during their visit, the person making the reservation will be notified by the contact information they provided on their reservation and that person will be responsible for notifying all members of their party.

Visitors testing positive for COVD-19 (or guests who have a fever or are otherwise symptomatic on the date of their planned visit) should not visit the Museum and are eligible to reschedule their visit (pending space availability) or receive a refund. For the safety of all visitors and staff, anyone who is sick or has any sign of a respiratory illness should stay home. If you are sick or not feeling well, or believe you have been exposed to COVID-19, please visit us another time.

Face Coverings

All visitors ages 2 and older to the Museum must wear a face covering or mask that covers both the nose and the mouth. Visitors are encouraged to provide their own face coverings. The Admissions desk will have face coverings while supplies last but cannot guarantee availability.

Entering the Museum

Visitors must check their temperature before arrival on the day of their visit to confirm that they do not have a fever. Any visitor displaying visible symptoms of COVID-19 will be denied entry.

Maintaining Proper Social Distance

For your convenience, floor markers have been installed to indicate directional flow and proper spacing of individuals and groups. Please be sure to view everything in a gallery area before proceeding to the next area as visitors will not be allowed to retrace their steps back through the galleries.

Practice social distancing during your visit by staying at least 6 feet from anyone not in your group. Groups of no more than 6 will be able to social distance together. Children must stay with adults at all times. Failure to follow social distancing procedures and the mandatory face covering policy for unvaccinated individuals will result in removal from the museum.
