"Precaution if you travel with an emotional support animal"

Be cautious if you are accompanied by an emotional support animal. They do not take it seriously. I had stayed at their location recently and made the error of leaving my support animal in my room while I had my room key updated for an extra night. Usually you provide the hotel with your room key, advise them of your room number and your name associated with the account. This didn’t satisfy the front desk associate. She requested my ID. No problem I said. Accompany me to my room and I will show you my ID since my emotional support dog was up there anyways. She didn’t seem to think that this was a reasonable request and denied my access to my dog even after I made multiple request. Unfortunately, my PTSD kicked in once I was trapped in the lobby with no way to reach my dog which would have allowed me to deal with the inconsiderate and rude hotel agent. No manager or supervisor ever extended any assistance and I was escorted out by Brea PD and trespassed. I didn’t threaten anyone or cause any property damage . I had been there since Monday and the incident occurred on Wednesday night. There were no issues with payment. I was only loudly crying and pleading for my emotional support animal and not one person from the hotel would assist. To date, no one from the hotel has reached out. I don’t want anyone else to suffer the same trauma! Be careful and stay safe!

just now on Google 2 star is based on service. Checked in used Trivago because the offers were 75% cheaper. But you get what you pay for I guess. The floor upon entrance were soaking wet. I over looked it because of course I had extra socks. Room smelled of mildew based boards looks as if they were coming off the walls at the entrance. The shower looked as if was never cleaned. Black looking tar at the base of the shower. When I brought my kids later on I chose to sleep on the pull out which was like laying on razor wire in a tent. The sheets were nice. The A/C blew cold which was great. In the morning I went to get floaties next door before breakfast. Which was convenient to have Target next door. (While I was out my daughter Found a penis ring near or behind the base board from previous people staying there). Grossed thing of this whole experience. When I told the front desk guy about telling his staff to please be more attentive to things in the rooms because of what my daughter found he just apologized and comped the parking. Which they charge even though they have plenty of parking which was nice with double basement parking. Pool and outdoor area was very nice. And the workers at the breakfast were really nice. It's a nice place but you spend 90% of your time in your room . Please do better with the rooms.
