"Location over all else"

Hotel was chosen due to the proximity to Universal Studios. You can also easily walk to Hollywood Boulevard (the time square of LA). Rooms were a bit beat down. Holes in sheets, rust in shower, etc. Was highly annoyed by the $55 parking fee. Seemed excessive considering the location.

"Not a good decision!!"

By Far the worst Garden Inn hotel i have ever being. Valet parking $55 dlls by day, no sound isolation (all night hearing the cars passing near the hotel), $200 dlls of deposit & horrible smell in the room. I selected this hotel because is near to Universal Studios, but i decided to move mi reservation to a different Garden Inn in Lake forest Irvine

Good shuttle service - fast check in and nice room. The main issue was noise from the road which was so bad could hardly sleep - awake from 2am onwards. Would not stay here again solely for this reason.

I had a recent disappointing experience at this Hilton hotel. When we arrived the front desk gave us a key to a room that was already occupied. When we confronted the front desk about it, they gave no apology and sent us to a different room. After almost a full month, we were notified of a billing error and were charged 100 dollars the day before Christmas. We will never stay at this hotel again.
