"Amazing Sevice by Hellen at the Bonvoy Lounge"

We stayed at the Sheraton Universal hotel on Sunday 11/15, After a long they at Universal Studios, we went to the Bonvoy lounge for an evening snack. I normally don't leave reviews but I feel this time is a must. We were helped by Hellen and Oh My God!! Nicest and most helpful person we have meet in our whole trip!!! She really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and assisted us with literally everything. Thank you Hellen!!!

"Superb stay near Universal Citywalk and Park."

We had a mini reunion and had 3 families stay during our visit to Universal studies. Not only were the staff like Maria and Albino helpful with tips for our visit: They accommodated our large families with kindness and patience. We had a total of 8 kids and 3 older adults. Grateful for their service and would recommend this property for the convenience, service and worth the price. The hotel is clean, updated and the lounge is a great perk.

Lounge staff are the best Albino, DJ and Angie. Front desk is ok. Rooms at clean. Hotel is clean. Staff are helpful from bellman to cleaners. Close to universal city. Bathrooms are clean so as well equipped amenities. Will be back again Great stay!!

"1st Stay-Universal Studios & Club Lounge"

the bedding was like sleeping in a cloud. service was punctual and polite. the walk to Universal was a short couple blocks (thru the Hilton), and was even more convenient than the hotel shuttle, for us. The hotel is showing signs of wear and could use updating, but was okay for us, given the location. Wealso enjoyed the club lounge (Bonvoy Titanium Elite Status), which was amazing for specialty coffees, breakfast, and dinner reception. it also offered a private retreat to get some work done in a comfortable space. food and beverage choice was fantastic and Jose & Solmy were fantastic servers that made the experience great!

"Fantastic Stay"

Very impressed with the Sheraton Universal. Most flights from Australia land in to LA at around 6am, which after a long flight you just want a hot shower. On arrival at the hotel at 9am, they were extremely accommodating granting us the approval to check into the terrace rooms which was a minor downgrade, but turned out to be exceptional as we had fresh air every day! The convenience to Universal City was phenomenal, we did both the bus and the walk - never took too long at all and the staff at the front were absolutely amazing. There was one particular guy who just never seemed to stop, offering to carry luggage, moving vehicles, assisting the elderly. He knows who he is, I stopped to offer my compliments! Would definitely stay again when visiting Universal. I'm not the biggest fan of LA, but a stay at Sheraton feels like you are in Paradise, and you can't miss that opportunity! Highly recommend!!!
