I had a fantastic stay at the Sheraton Universal Hotel, and Jerry at the front desk truly stood out. He was incredibly friendly, always greeting us with a warm smile and a genuine enthusiasm that made each interaction feel personal. Jerry was also extremely helpful—whether it was explaining the shuttle service to Universal Studios or providing insider tips about the area—and his deep knowledge of the hotel and local attractions was invaluable. He went above and beyond to ensure we felt well taken care of throughout our visit.

Everyone from the staff was extremely nice and helpful and always with a smile which made us feel really welcome. The rooms are comfortable, clean, modern with really nice views. The pool has a terrace bar with some bites and it is nice to ‘kill’ some time there. The California’s restaurant has a delicious menu for every taste. We absolutely loved our waiter Pedro Diaz who is an absolute gem for the hotel - very professional, more than helpful and pleasant, full of joy and smiles! Thank you Sheraton Universal team and most of all a big shout out to Pedro Diaz! We will be back for sure:)
