ARTECHOUSE is open Monday – Sunday from 10 AM – 10PM with the last session beginning at 9 pm. Sessions are every 30 minutes and last for 60 minutes. Please arrive on time. Check the section above to see the availability of your preferred dates!

ARTECHOUSE is happy to welcome visitors of all ages to enjoy the space, but certain exhibitions may include a recommended age due to the use of flashing lights, loud sounds, delicate materials, and the like. Because the exhibitions change throughout the year, it is suggested that visitors refer to the description of each new exhibition on the website for any age recommendations. Tickets are required for all visitors age 4 and up. Children ages 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult, and all children must be closely supervised by their accompanying adult to ensure their safety and the safety of the artwork.
Suitcases, luggage, large backpacks, and bags larger than 16” are not permitted in the exhibit space and cannot be checked or left with staff. Strollers are not permitted on the main ARTECHOUSE exhibition floor; however, at ARTECHOUSE NYC they can be left in the coatroom or locker area. Please note, these areas are not attended and ARTECHOUSE does not take any responsibility for any lost, missing, stolen, or damaged items.
ARTECHOUSE is a fully-accessible space. Mobility devices such as wheelchairs and walkers are allowed on the exhibition floor. Some individual programs may have an intended use or method of interaction that may be difficult for some visitors, but each is nonetheless fully maneuverable and compliant with the ADA.
Photography for personal use is allowed, though we request that you refrain from using flash inside the ARTECHOUSE museum.
Tickets are purchased for individual hour-long sessions. When space allows, visitors are welcome to remain with us past their hour-long session.
ARTECHOUSE is home for innovative experimental art exhibits. To protect our technology on-site, outside food or beverages is not allowed inside the art space. Please dispose of any prior to your visit. Bottled water is permitted only in non-exhibit areas. No beverages are permitted on the main exhibition floor.
