NO TOUR. I was not on a tour. I live locally, I drove over, paid the fees and went up on the wheel. It was WAY overpriced for a few minutes in the wheel, however, it was, admittedly cool with some fun views. (Hence my pics.) Not sure I'd do it again, but glad I did it once!

How long is a rotation on The Wheel?
The duration of the ride is approximately 23 minutes.

Once I leave The Wheel, am I able to re-enter?
Admission to The Wheel is for one flight per person. After your flight, you may purchase another flight within the same day for a discounted rate.

Are wheelchairs allowed on The Wheel?
Yes. Wheelchairs less than 36" in width are permitted.

Will the The Wheel close for weather?
Yes. Should the attraction close during your visit, all tickets during a weather closure are valid for 30 days.

When is alcohol served?
The Wheel starts serving alcohol Monday-Friday at 5:00 pm. On Saturday and Sunday, at 12:00 pm. Must be 21 years old or older to consume alcoholic beverages. Photo ID required.

Will my bag be searched before riding?
Yes. For the safety and security of all guests, bag searches are conducted.

Can I bring my camera?
Yes; however, you will be asked to display your camera to the security team upon arrival, as certain lenses are prohibited. Please do not bring tripods or cameras with lenses exceeding 24” on board. On-site photographers are also on-site.

Is parking available?
Yes. Parking is free in the spacious seven-story covered parking garage. Free valet parking is also available.

What are the hours of operation?
The Wheel is open from Sunday through Thursday 10:00 am - 10:00 pm, and Friday through Saturday from 10:00 am - 12:00 am.
