"“This is better than the day I was born” -my son"

I traveled with my 9 year old and he had such an amazing time. He finally is at the age where he is willing to do some thrill rides and universal studios was a great transition to “big kid rides”. The park was super clean and so much fun. I highly recommend this park as a transition to more thrill rides park. Ps the Harry Potter world is worth the check out and there’s hidden rock climbing walls in the park!

"My Harry Potter Dreams are Complete!"
November 2022
This is the first time I've been to Universal since the Wizarding World has been open. As a 20+ year fan of Harry Potter, this experience was truly a magical dream come true. There was absolutely no detail left unturned at both Universal and IOA. The Hogwarts Express was the perfect touch for park-to-park transportation. I was definitely one of the adults who wore my Hogwarts robe and the staff made it so magical for us! I cannot wait to return! The rest of the park gave lots of fun options for my non-HP counterpart! We truly a fun, busy and relaxing trip. We will be returning in the near future.

I haven’t been to universal in many years. My husband and i were so excited to visit. All workers were super nice and polite. The lines were not crazy long. We were able to do pretty much every ride in the park in two days. The park was clean and offered different experiences for us to enjoy.

"Unfriendly, expensive, old rides, nickel and dime you all the time"
September 2022
Staff are unfriendly and unhelpful. All staff want to get more money for everything little thing (lockers, pointless express, etc etc). Customer service are board uninterested teenagers. Rides are outdated and uninteresting. I expected universal to be a lot better than Disney but found Disney keeps above universal in every respect.

"Best Vacation Ever 2022"
July 2022
Taking a family vacation/mini reunion. We have not had one since the pandemic, so its been a long time coming! The rides are awesome! If you are a lover of roller coasters the Island Adventure side should be your first stop. The Studio side had some coasters, but more simulation rides that can have extremely long queue lines. however, the Transformers Ride is definitely worth the wait!
