"The Best Way to Do Universal, By Far!"

If it were only for the resort experience alone, I would give this resort high marks (helpful staff, clean & spacious rooms, & a nice outdoor beach-like pool). Iit’s the included Express Pass for both checkin & checkout days, however, that earn Royal Pacific my 5 stars! We rode everything we wanted to at both IOA & USO in only one day, with time to spare. Express pass is incredible. We never waited more than 20-minutes, and during Spring Break!

"Loudest Room Ever - No Good For Families!!"

For the amount that we paid to stay here for two nights, I expected far better. The cost was nearly close to my monthly mortgage payment and I didn't get a wink of sleep, nor did my family. Traveling with two small children, we booked the king suite. Immediately upon checking into our room, we noticed we were adjacent to the elevator lobby. I immediately went to the front desk to request another room, knowing this would be a noise issue, especially with children. However, I was told that all the king suites had the same setup (apparently they are all next to the elevator - great planning on Loews' part!!). I was not offered any other option (not even a downgrade) - just a halfhearted "it's not that bad". So we stayed, hoping that was the case. Unfortunately, it was not. It was bad. Very bad. All night long, we either heard the dinging from the elevator lobby, or people tramping up and down the stairwell, which echoed into our room since that was right next to the elevator lobby. To top it off, we were on the main level, same as the main lobby, so we also had the privilege of listening to the drunks wandering around, laughing and shouting at each other while waiting for the elevator (or whatever they were doing) at all hours of the night. Then my kids were awakened (if they were even able to sleep at all) around 6am by the pipes in the wall howling as other guests started to wake up and take showers. There were other issues like coming back from a chilly day at the park to find whoever made up our room also turned our AC down to 65. When it's cold outside, this is not pleasant. The master bedroom TV didn't work the second night. The hotel was making announcements outside in the loudspeakers near our room all the way up until midnight. Just a horrible stay - after spending thousands on a spring break trip with children, we were all exhausted and understandably crabby the whole time. The only perk was the express passes that came with the hotel. But I would have been better off buying the express passes separately and staying at a Holiday Inn, far away from the elevator!! Very disappointed, not a family-friendly room even though that is clearly the point of the king suite.

"Laughable to call it luxury"

I have stayed in rooms nicer at a super 8. From the two personal items from a prior guest that were left in the room, ewwww, to the mildew in the shower, the constant noise from guests pulling chairs out to chat in the hall, the toilet that ran all night, and the random rag left on my makeup the one time it was cleaned…it was very gross. I am very disappointed because we paid a huge price and ended up leaving for an Airbnb for some sanity. Oh, rooms are tiny, but that was more expected than the rest. The WiFi was out of service multiple times as well. The early park entry was a joke, nothing in the park was open.

""Luxurious Stay with Exclusive Perks at Loews Royal Pacific Resort""

Review: Loews Royal Pacific Resort at Universal Orlando I stayed at Loews Royal Pacific Resort, and while it is expensive, the complimentary Express Pass and early park access made it well worth the cost. These perks significantly reduced wait times and enhanced my overall experience at Universal theme parks. The reception staff was excellent, providing a smooth check-in process and accommodating an early check-in at 8 AM, which was a huge convenience after traveling. The hotel’s location within the Universal park area made getting to the attractions incredibly easy. Transportation was seamless, with frequent water taxis and shuttle buses ensuring quick access to the parks and Universal CityWalk. Dining at the hotel was also a highlight. The restaurant experience was great, and Saif went above and beyond to prepare a vegetarian dish, which was highly appreciated. The resort itself has a beautiful tropical theme, a lagoon-style pool, and excellent amenities, including a well-equipped fitness center and unique entertainment like the Wantilan Luau. Verdict: Though costly, the exclusive perks, convenient location, and excellent service made my stay at Loews Royal Pacific Resort a fantastic choice for a hassle-free and enjoyable Universal Orlando visit.
