Kaina at Guest Services was delightful and helped me get set up as a Hilton Rewards member, was so patience with downloading the app for me, and made sure I got a warm cookie! She replaced my key as it was wonky and got me set up with the digital key as a back up as well. I appreciate the effort made! 🍪

Check in was super easy. Ended up getting an upgraded room upon arrival. Carlos at Bell Services is the man. He brought our bags to the room promptly and grabbed us some ice for the cooler! The room is awesome. Lots of amenities for the kids. Great experience all around!

Stay was great. Alexandria was awesome and can’t wait to come back with the package! Wonderful experience and everything is so close to it. Pool is nice and it has a little game room that’s good for the kids. Everyone here working has been very courteous.

I’m so glad I booked this hotel. It was perfect for our family trip to Universal. A lot of the hotels on Major Blvd say you can walk to Universal, but this one is the closest. The pedestrian bridge (to cross Kirkman road) is directly in front of the hotel. Walking back after a long day in the parks, I was really glad we didn’t have to go any farther after coming off the bridge. It’s a 20 min walk to City Walk, where you have access to both Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios. You just cross the pedestrian bridge, follow the signs, and end up at the Universal valet parking lot where you can go through security and up the escalator right into Universal City Walk. We did use the shuttle one morning. Be sure to make a reservation at the Universal desk in the lobby. In the evening, the last shuttle is at 7:35pm, so if you want to stay later you have to walk or Uber/Lyft. I’m also really glad I chose a rate that included breakfast when we booked. The Sunshine Cafe breakfast buffet was really nice, with a big selection that also included an omelette station. The wait staff was all really friendly. It was A LOT nicer than the typical hotel breakfast where you’re crammed into a chaotic breakfast room and everyone’s waiting in line for the one waffle machine. Our room was great, everything was clean, and we thought the beds and pillows were really comfy. The ice machine was a little loud on the one day we got to sleep in, but that’s not unusual for any hotel. The pool and hot tub areas were also really nice. We’ll definitely stay here again if we go back to Universal.
