    I recently had an amazing stay at the Doubletree Orlando Universal property, and I can't recommend it highly enough. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained and my room was clean and spacious. The pool area was perfect for relaxation, and an on-site restaurant had great options to choose from. I want to give a special shout-out to Katalia, the Assistant Front Desk Manager. She was incredibly attentive and informative throughout my stay. Her warm hospitality made me feel truly valued as a guest, and she went above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered with a friendly smile. I chose this hotel because of the close proximity to Universal. I’ll definitely be returning to the Doubletree Orlando Universal for my next trip and recommending to all friends and family visiting Orlando!

    We stayed at the DoubleTree Entrance to Universal for our 3 day Universal vacation. Cynthia, who worked at guest reception, was such an absolute joy, we felt compelled to take the time to write a quick review singing her praise. Every day she was in the brightest mood and went above and beyond for even our simple requests. She was the first face that welcomed us when we arrived at the hotel and we couldn't believe just how much her energy raised our excitement about the vacation. Give her a raise!

    1 out of 5 ⭐ We booked the DoubleTree at the Entrance to Universal Orlando with confidence in the Hilton brand. As Honors members, we expected a restful, hygienic stay. Instead, we faced two nights of insect infestations in two different rooms. Our nights were disrupted by swarming pests around 3 AM. After reporting the issue, we were told a room change wouldn’t be available until the next day. The second room also had bugs. Likely carried over in our belongings from the first room. Hotel security refused to enter the room and offered no assistance beyond a incident report form. We documented the situation. (photos/videos) to the manager and later received a cold, dismissive response from Aimbridge Hospitality and Gallagher Bassett, the hotel’s risk management firm. They denied all responsibility and even implied legal consequences if we continued to press the matter. This is not just about bugs, it’s about how guests are treated when something goes wrong. Hilton’s name should not be attached to a property that fails on both cleanliness and compassion.
