The pool was dirty, green and close. The hotel smelled weird. They need. To upgrade on everything. The bed was springy. Every time I moved on the bed you hear the springs The free breakfast was okay. the staff was very nice and helpful The only area that was very clean was the breakfast area

Comfortable beds, pleasant staff. Nice location. The building needs some updates, starting to show some wear but overall good for price and location. The pool was rather cold even though heated. Breakfast was good for hotel freebie. There were areas, like elevators that could use some better cleaning.

Comfort Inn on International drive is a great location close to everything They have the most friendly staff they are so helpful and knowledgeable of the area. The rooms are super comfortable and large, and the free hot breakfast in the morning is an extra bonus.

It had nice beds and ok WiFi but the customer service was bad. We had to get after them to clean our rooms, location while it is good you here the traffic all night from the local streets and route 4 which is a highway. The elevator needs some work to while it works slow so you haft hit the button a few times to get it. Also they give a free breakfast but you are better eating at McDonalds which is like gourmet compared to what they give you and its a real short time to eat it so its real easy to miss it. They are also terrible with the wake-up calls twice they messed up waking us up for us to do something.

This is the worst hotel i have ever. I went with my family because it was by the airport and we had to leave the next morning. As soon as we got there we could tell it was going to be a disaster. As soon as we checked in we got in the elevator and we immediately smelled weed. When got to our room and it felt very humid and wet. There was mold everywhere. All over the pillows, walls, pictures hung up on the wall, and on the dressers. The bath water would not turn all the way off, the sink would not drain, and we could not even shower because the bath tub was so disgusting. We decided to go to toco bell for dinner and started reading reviews. People were saying they saw cockroaches everywhere and that’s when we lost it. My stepmom started weeping like a little puppy. After we got back we saw the fire alarm was broken, and there was a spot in the ceiling that was mushy and wet. There was a lot of water damage all over in our room. Our phone in the room had about 5 buttons and the rest were missing. There were stains all over the bed sheets. The ice machine also looked like it had never been cleaned. We wore our shoes the whole time because the carpet was so dirty and look moldy. The little couch that was in our room had stains and mold on it. I would rather lick a porta potty before i go back here. Please do not spend your money on this hotel.
