The Wyndham Lake Buena Vista Disney Springs® Resort is an official Walt Disney World® Hotel. The resort is conveniently situated directly across the street from Disney Springs which is Walt Disney World's world-class shopping, entertainment, and dining district which offers more than 150 venues. Scheduled daily shuttle service/transportation to the four Walt Disney World theme parks is available. Reservations are required. Shuttle schedules and information are provided at check-in.

Each of the hotel’s 232 spacious, Lake House themed guest rooms and are located in the hotel’s 19-story main tower building. All rooms are equipped with plush pillow top mattresses with luxurious linens, high-speed wireless Internet access, a 55-inch HDTV flat-screen TV, mini refrigerator, and an in-room safe.

Kids of all ages will love the Oasis Aquatic Playground, an exciting focal point of this Orlando family resort featuring two pools, interactive water features, and a large hot tub. Adults will relish the opportunity to relax on the beautiful pool deck and soak up the Florida sunshine.

Guests can enjoy a meal at one of the several onsite outlets, including the brand new Oasis Restaurant and Bar located poolside which features great food and refreshing beverages. The Sundial Cafe and Joffrey's Coffee Shop located in the hotel lobby offer the perfect spot to grab a quick breakfast or snack. The LakeView Restaurant, open daily offers a mouthwatering breakfast buffet with all your favorites including Mickey Mouse waffles!

Parking: The Wyndham Lake Buena Vista Disney Springs Resort Area charges a parking fee of $25.00 plus tax per night for gated self-parking. Valet parking services are also available for $30.00 plus tax per night.

Resort Fee: A nightly resort fee of $40.50 (tax inclusive) is collected upon check-in and is not included in the pre-paid reservation pricing.

The reservation holder must be 21 years old with a valid, matching, government-issued photo ID and credit card to check-in.

I have stayed at the property for business and pleasure and the property has delivered a consistently great experience. The is trip was for business conference I had some requirements that are not part of my usual stay as I had to setup an exhibitor booth, I had arrived early staff helped me get squared away for my setup which made things go super smooth. They are well staffed (check-in process was quick and efficient) super friendly. I do recommend you take advantage of the online pre-registration it definitely expedites the check-in process. The proximity to Disney Springs is a great bonus. The rooms are clean well maintained everything was in working order and have daily maid service which does not happen at all the Disney property hotels. The hotel should be on your list of properties on when visiting Disney or for business, I would recommend the property

The only reason I am giving this “resort” a 2 is because it is very close to Disney Springs. We were given a room that was 65 degrees during one of the coldest nights in FL’s history. We called the front desk who sent maintenance to fix the heat. We gave it a couple of hrs and it was still 65. Maintenance came again. The heat finally came on but made a horrible noise. We finally had to insist that they move us to another room which required us to repack and move all of our belongings. The hotel is very old and dated. For the price plus what you pay to park daily, you can do better elsewhere!

For the price of the room, plus resort fee and parking… this is not it! The bathrooms are so small and if they’re charging what they do, they need to update the bathrooms and the guest rooms! There were stains on the bedding and towels as well, so gross!

Nice hotel with friendly staff and food was pretty good. Only complaint of that the bathrooms are small and hard to move around in but overall we would go back.
