"RUN OUT OF THIS COMPANY"

Horrible. Run Out of this company. They lie. His physical office didn't have anyone on there and is a co-workspace. Their customer support by phone didn't work. They act like didn't believe in their clients and they sell tickets that didn't work. I Bought 3 Tickets for The Edge Observatory from this company on November 24th, the party of 3 - 11:Am to 12:00 PM. After all lines and inspections on The Edge Observatory, My family and I Were taken out of the line because the ticket that I have from this company, printed, didn't work. the Edge observatory got me out of the attraction because the QR code is not in The Edge Observatory format. I was sent to the Edge dept. that try to help me and call them and solve the situation but they didn't answer at that time, and later by email or by phone or on their supposed physical address office, I didn't get any solution or my money back. I could buy a new set there because on the holiday the attraction was fully booked. I lost my money and nobody is doing anything to give my money back or a new Tkt for my next visit to NYC.

SCAM AND FRAUD ALERT! I purchased a $100 Groupon that was offered by Attractions4us which included dinner, a boat ride and a local attraction. I went to use the voucher and was advised that neither Attractions4us or Viator had any contracts with the vendors they sold these tickets for and were scamming and doing FRAUD to their customers. I called them over 10 times and there was no response every time. This is extremely disappointing and frustrating as I traveled from Toronto to Miami, only to told that the vouchers I purchased were a SCAM and sold FRAUDULENTLY. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau as well as this is not acceptable!

I signed up for the statue of liberty, Ellis Island and 9-11 memorial and museum and paid for skip the line as well. I picked a time which got changed the day before tour. Showed up very early because I wasn't sure what time tour actually was. Tour guide never showed up and there was no communication from the company that tour was off. When myself and another person were able to finally get thru to the company we were told we could reschedule or take tours by ourselves. Had to make 3 phone calls to company to get the correct info for the ferry company to allow us on the boat. There was no need to pay extra for a guided tour if I was made to figure it out myself. Went thru trip advisor to book tour since I thought it would be a better and safe tour since we had never been to this area of the country.

Booked this trip and had Leanne as our tour guide. It was freezing and she did a wonderful job taking care of us and the other group with us from Germany. She was extremely knowledgeable and was able to share a lot of facts that we were not aware of. Also to be finished by early afternoon was a definite plus do we could enjoy the rest of the day. We were in the front for most of our lines. This was the best way to see these attractions and would do it again in a heart beat! Thanks again Leanne!! ❤️

Fantastic insider Informations throughout the tour. Loretta was very entertaining. The guided tour is not possible in the pedestal section on liberty island And on Ellis Island Museum. There the rangers are in charge. But our guide Loretta even finished the tour with when it started tor rain. Until the end. Great!

Excellent value for the money. Great views and great tour guides. Leanne has got to be THE most knowledgeable New Yorker out there. She kept us on time and I left feeling like we knew a little bit more than everyone else. Leanne made the trip memorable for a first time NYc visit.
