"Great pleasant stay"

Excellent location with accessible subway station nearby. Clean spacious rooms with stunning view if you are in a high floor. If you travel with baby they bring you crib and kettle. The bed and pillows are very comfy, the lighting is fine and the temperature is easily adjustable

great location, clean rooms, comfortable beds, renovated, would recommend. only thing worth noting, there is no on site parking, which we were surprised to find out. they do recommend somethin a couple blocks away, but parking is not on site or through the hotel.

"The new M Social Hotel isn't the old Millennium. Newly renovated with the same great views and the same great staff."

If you haven't stayed at the Millennium since becoming M Social, we highly recommend staying there again, for the first time. The location, view, price, hotel and room renovations, cleanliness, drink specials and fantastic food at the new bar and tapas restaurant Beasts & Butterflies, are all good reasons to stay there. But the staff is what will bring you back again and again. We love being greeted by Herman and Christopher when we walk in. Concierge services are fantastic. From holding the door to taking our luggage and casual conversation while hailing a cab when we need one, those two are the best. And we have never had a bad experience checking in or checking out of our room. Whether we arrive early or check out late, Terquone, Antonio, Petra, William, Marcynthia and Reina take care of us and are the reasons we keep coming back. And as far as managers go, we absolutely love Oscar, Mike and Nalini. We couldn't love this staff and this hotel more.

"Hotel Has Been Updated Big Improvement"

Used to be the Millenium Hotel which had great location and beautiful views but was run down. Since name change the carpet, furniture and elevator lighting have all been updated—these things were deficient at the Millennium. Has decent gym but a little too small for size of hotel. Comfortable bed and nice shower. Great value too. Wondering if the rating reflects all the positive changes that have been made recently.
