Very sad but a beautiful tribute to the victims lost in this tragedy. A very big place so make sure you give yourself plenty of time to look round. Beautiful surroundings and a lot of thought put in.

Beautifully planned and reverent memorial to the people who lost their lives on this tragic history. Very quiet atmosphere with several people crying. I was told that they swap some of the exhibits out ever so often. The fire truck and the staircase were especially hard to look at for me.

Joan our tour guide was so passionate. We truly felt her compassion and love of honouring all those people who lost their lives that September day in 2001. Highly recommend the tour so that you can hear from someone who was there that awful day.
