Excellent tour. Nice night for a sail and the fireworks were an amazing bonus. Montell the narratoring crew member was very informative and witty too. The captain had excellent command of the vessel even with many small boats all around him. Highly recommend!!!

The Tall Ship Windy Monday Night Blues music sunset cruise was worth every penny. The staff was excellent and helpful, and the Michael Charles Blues band played fantastic music. The breathtaking sunset views and the experience of being on a sailing ship, combined with reasonably priced drinks, made for a perfect evening!

"Still Nice, But Not the Same"

Did the company get bought out? I went on the Tall Ship Windy a few years ago and it was funny and pirate-y. My friend and I showed up in costume and a number of the crew were too. This time, it just was mostly just a standard Chicago sight-seeing tour with some piped-in shanties. Nice, but nothing particularly unique. They seemed to be trying hard to be cool. My friends had a nice time, but I miss the nerdier, more unique tour from a few years ago.
