Great experience, very welcoming crew. Satara was very helpful regarding directions and details of getting where and what we needed. The door men provided good tips on getting around as well. Hoyt’s had great breakfast options too.

I was here for 5 days, for business. Home away from home! The housekeeper for my room was thorough and left such a nice room for me, everyday upon my return! Front desk team was friendly and always helpful. My favorite was the restaurant team! Diana greeted me every morning, remembered my name and made me feel like a guest, in her home! Great food - always and the service, was impeccable! Thank you! I want to come back and stay there again!

Great Experience! Customer service is excellent! Location is excellent! The magnificent view is excellent!! Within walking distance of restaurants shopping and much more! The Chicago River is literally across the street. I will definitely visit again.
