Upon arrival, no bell carts available. Proceeded to receive no cleaning service over three days per policy (adjoining rooms, 4 Queens, for 8 people). Called to have new towels delivered, dirty towels removed & trash taken out. Didn’t happen. Ordered “room service.” Waited 1.5 hours for ice cream. They called to say it was ready, but we had to pick it up at the desk???? Sent son down and they refused to give it to him. Just don’t waste your money unless you have the expectations of staying at a hostel.

I have nothing but good thing to say about this hotel. Excellent service, location and facilities. The pool and surrounding areas were always clean. The rooms were cleaned daily by an excellent staff. Front desk people, doorman and security all great. Chek-in and out was a breeze. Walking distance to the River Walk, Millennium Park, Navy Pier and others are fairly close. Red Line train station only a block away.

Great hotel, staff and location. Very clean, no problems at all. I only gave 4 instead of 5 stars because the sitting room portion of the suite doesn't feel cozy or welcoming. The decorations & furniture is very sparse for the room size & couch isn't comfortable enough to want to sit on and watch TV .

Stayed for two nights as part of the organized tour. All good. Prime location only one or two blocks away from Magnificent Mile. Easy walk to everything. Room is clean and spacious. Bed is very comfortable. Staff are courteous. No complaints. It’s a Marriott hotel. What can you say? It’s a very reputable brand.

This time I booked this hotel in Chicago Downtown as I wanted to stay close to my office. Location was very good and staffs were also friendly. This Hotel has Gym and Pool on 10th floor. Room and bathroom were very clean and well maintained. There were small fridge and LCD TV in the room. Only thing was missing Microwave. To use the lift you need to have room keys. It was bit pricey on first 2 days of my stay but over all I paid avg 290$/day. There are lots of restaurant near by including Indian Garden.
