Just checked in for a long and love the convenient location near shops and restaurants. The staff has been welcoming. However, the room itself needs attention: furniture and appliances feel worn, there is a musty odor, and overall it lacks the freshness I expected for the price. Leaking faucets, broken towel bars. The room is also dark, with lamps that do not work. It honestly feels a bit cave-like, especially with the dim bathroom and two broken lamps… The on-site bar is cute with great happy hour. We figure stick it out, but not a hotel I would recommend. I hope management considers updating the rooms to match the excellent location. You may get a lazy reply from Hilton Miracle Mile, but not any actions from management. Not a normal Chi experience! ros: room has great AC. Beautiful, historic lobby. Clean and smells great. Friendly staff. Safe location with great off-site parking. Cons: -Stained and worn carpet/ furniture. -Moldy smell is concerning. Dusty corners. Scuff and dent marks. Frayed everything -Leaky faucet, wallpaper unsticking, and towel bar broken. -Delayed phone calls to lobby staff (we gave up -Bed mattress and couch sagging, desperately need replacing -Thin walls if conjoining (I can hear our neighbors perfectly through shared door) -View isn’t impressive. (We didn’t select a view in reservation, so nbd. ) This was our experience, not reflective of all rooms. But husband is Diamond with Hilton, and rated this is most subpar room experience.

Nice hotel in Chicago near everything. Clean and in great condition for the age of the hotel. The team members here are typically great to deal with as we have stayed here many times over the years. The low star rating is due to an interaction with Nicole who is an apparent manager who I found to be rude and difficult to deal with. We will not be back to this hotel. We have reported this to the Hilton Diamond Desk.

We stayed at the Hilton Magnificent Mile Suites on the long weekend. We booked the hotel to be downtown and we attended a concert at Soldier Field. The hotel room we had looked out onto Lake Michigan, and was very quiet. We enjoyed our stay and found the bed comfortable, room was a perfect size when family visited us, and the hotel staff were so kind and accommodating with late check out request and storing luggage for us for a few hours. The restaurant downstairs was amazing and we really enjoyed our meal. We would give this hotel ten stars if we could!! We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Chicago!
