"Spacious rooms that need renovation"

If you are looking for a hotel with a great location and spacious rooms this is a good option, but the hotel is in need of a renovation. Most everything in the rooms looks original and shows a good amount a wear. Beds and linens were comfortable. I usually praise Hiton properties for cleanliness but this is not one of them. Not that the room was dirty but since everything was worn especially the bathroom it felt a little dingy. We will probably look for another option next time.

"Horrible! Especially NASTY NICOLE!"

I always bring my daughters and wife to this hotel for a 3 night post Christmas getaway. Unfortunately, due to the rude customer service from "Nasty Nicole" the manager I will not stay at this establishment ever again. I caution you to double check your receipts and to also confirm all pricing. I called the night before my arrival at 9:52pm to add 2 American Girl packages to my room and was quoted one price yet charged a different price at check out. I then called to get clarification, I was given 3 different lies from the staff. Very disappointing! I would think that for such a "upscale" establishment they would hire employees with good customer service skills. Again, very disappointing and will NEVER stay here again, primarily due to "Nasty Nicole" And her NASTY attitude.

"!!!DO NOT STAY HERE!!!"

I stayed at this hotel on New Years and was told to leave without any prior warning because I had more guests than were allowed in my room. I spent almost $400 for my stay and was charged a $117 eviction fee and did not stay for any longer than 6 hours. When asking about a refund the staff and both managers were disrespectful and unhelpful. Worst experience I’ve had with a hotel, I will not be staying at any Hilton locations ever again.

"Chicago Marathon, Great Hotel Stay"

I was in Chicago for the marathon, and although the hotel isn’t located near the start or finish, it was still a very good experience. The rooms are spacious and clean, and are great if you need more space. The food at the cafe was also very good, and the hotel is located next to some very good restaraunt.
