"A good way to see the city. Jamaal was my favourite driver."

The first bus of the day leaves Union Square at 10:15 a.m. Get there at around 10 a.m, as this bus is busy. If you start your day on this bus, it should all run smoothly. I enjoyed the tour. My favourite bus was the one with Jamaal as the driver, as his commentary was really funny and included music that suited the mood. The company loses a star for having so little information available online. It's worth noting that you may be able to get a discounted ticket by buying in advance online.

Don't recommend. Our morning was supposed to start off at 10:30 at Union Square. We arrived around 10:20 with pre purchased tickets so some wait time was expected. As we continued to sit for another 15/20 minutes while 2 tour buses from the other company had already departed, the people trying to sell tickets were on the ground fighting, a knife and the police were involved hence the 20+ minute wait. That alone should have been a dead give away to get off!! A very bad look for the company. We continued on anyways, then at stop 7 we had to get off the bus, transfer to a new, now full bus or wait the 30 minutes. Of course they don't tell you that. A few stops later we got off to have lunch, walk around etc. We arrived around 2:55 expecting the bus to be there around 3:05. At 3:20 we were still waiting so we called the number and they said the bus was supposed to be there any minute. Apparently that meant 15 minutes! So now we had been standing around for close to an hour when the buses are supposed to be every 30 minutes. We also didn't have a live tour guide just a prerecorded audio so apparently it's only select buses that have the live tour guide. We also didn't get to drive down Lombard street or see the full house houses like they advertise which was disappointing. I can't fully speak for the other company but seemed like the price difference was definitely worth it. Even the city bus probably would be better for the price!!

"Great tour of San Francisco."

We took this circular tour and it is an excellent way to get around and see the sights of San Francisco. We joined at Jefferson Street and when we got out to the Bridge the temperature dropped significantly (take a warm jacket just in case) as we were on the top deck and open to the elements. Our driver/tour guide Jamal was brilliant. He provided and informative and humorous commentary which made the trip much better.

"Most horrible experience!!!!"

I was injured while exiting the bus. The driver was distracted and had no view of my friend and I trying to get out. The driver jolted forward and slammed on brakes. This threw me violently into the door way. The driver and his dog left the scene. The company refuses to give any information about driver or insurance.
