"A Stellar stay at the Marker Hotel in San Francisco"

The Marker Hotel is a great place to stay in the Union Square precinct of San Francisco From the moment you step into the elegantly designed lobby, you're enveloped in sophistication and warmth. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, with luxurious bedding, modern amenities, and large windows. The staff are consistently professional and friendly, and the on-site Italian restaurant offers excellent cuisine and cocktails. Located in the heart of the city, the Marker provides easy access to shopping, dining, and all other SF attractions.

I want to write in specifically about Jason, a front desk staff member. Jason helped my partner and I with a free upgrade. He was extremely polite and very generous with us and offered to assist me with my request with a smile on his face which brightened up our trip. This trip is particularly special for my partner and I as we just graduated medical school and it was also my partner’s birthday. We are extremely grateful for his assistance and pleasant manner at the front desk. I look forward to staying at the Marker again and will be recommending my other colleagues who will be coming for various medical conferences next year to stay. I’ll be sure to mention Jason by name to my colleagues so that they can be sure to get a great welcome and service. Thank you again for making our trip that extra bit more special :)

We had a lovely few days at the Marker; we were made to feel very welcome by all the very attentive staff. Our room was lovely & the hotel was very well situated. I particularly liked the reusable metal bottle which we were given, we used to throughout out whole trip. I would def recommend the Marker to friends & family. thank. you. PS the complementary glass of wine when we arrived was a lovely touch.

"Wonderful hotel"

We were greeted with a warm welcome and a complimentary glass of wine which was delicious and some local popcorn. My partner and I stayed for 5 nights ( as a break from our anniversary trip from the UK to Las Vegas) and it was the best decision to stay at The Marker. Bedroom facilities were comfortable and clean and shower/ soaps very good quality. All staff including reception / management and housekeeping could not have been more helpful and all contributed to a memorable experience of San Francisco. We ate in the restaurant just 1 night and food was exceptional and the only reason we didn’t eat there again was because we wanted to experience other restaurants during our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel - it is in a perfect location for transport links & shopping . Do not be put off by the tragic homeless situation - we never felt threatened or concerned as this is now a major issue in a lot of cities. The Marker is definitely a place to stay and would like to say a big thank you to all the staff.
