"Great location, nice and tiday with room to improve"

great location, very clean, rooms spacious and tidy. Room lacks microwave which is a pitty especially when travelinng with small children. TV cant connect to phones netflix. Pool/SPA/Health club - really well equipped, however, multiple security doors make it a little frustrating e.g. you are in the gym and want to go to the toilet make sure you dont forget the key card as you need to walk outl open the toilet with the key card, and then reuse to come back to the gym etc ....especially as there is already a different security door past elevators that needs to be opened...so why so many ? Also didnt appreciate that spa/pool cant be used a little longer on day of check out unless you pay the late check out fee of 200 USD

Usually a good stay, especially for those with pets. However, we found hair in shower drain. Keycard wouldn’t work also (frustrating).

"FANTASTIC HOTEL EXPERIENCE!!!"
TripAdvisor user rating 5 out of 5

I had the MOST WONDERFUL experience ever for my 60th birthday at the Hotel Nikko!!! My husband and I were honored to be checked into our room by Leon at the Front Desk who absolutely went out of his way to be gracious, kind, warm, and efficient! He was so charming and made us feel as though we had returned to a friend's gorgeous luxurious home to celebrate my birthday. He gave us an upgrade to an exquisite room, and everything about the experience made my birthday so special. Turning 60 is a bit scary, and yet, I'm so grateful to still be here. Thanks to Leon and all the marvelous staff at the Hotel Nikko SF (including Josie, Luis & Kaim) I have started this next chapter (the final act) of my life with grace, joy, warmth, and excitement :o)
