Good location, clean room, and overall great experience. Marie and Jordan at the front desk were very pleasant and awesome. I made an error with my reservation and they helped us out with our accommodations. We had a long day and it was nice to be able to check-in quickly.

A fair room for the price. The room is very small and was hard to find a spot to put luggage, but the room had everything we needed and plenty of toiletries were provided. We enjoyed the complimentary coffee machine and tea in the lobby. It was awesome that pets stay free! The location was great and walkable to Chinatown. I think the hotel could improve on cleanliness in the rooms as the carpet seemed dirty and worn down, and the TV in our room repeatedly had issues.

I had a wonderful stay at The Club Quarters. In particular Liz from the front of house team was very helpful and accommodating when I needed an early check in after arriving in SF off a 13 hour flight. Liz provided exceptional customer service and the hotel was very clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. I will stay again next time I visit SF.
