Doors open 1 hour before game time.
Children under 36 inches tall do not need a ticket, provided the child sits on an adult’s lap.
Bags not permitted at Amway Center events. Guests can bring one small clutch size 4.5" x 6.5" x 1" or less. Exceptions: medical and parent bags up to 14" x 14" x 6" (subject to X-rays).
Cameras allowed, non-flash photography only. Cameras with detachable lenses longer than three (3) inches are prohibited.
Box office located near the main entrance on Church Street.
Name on e-ticket must match person picking up tickets at box office. Valid ID required.

When do doors open for a game?

In general, doors open to the public (1) hour before the printed event time on your ticket.

Are bags or purses permitted?

Bags will not be permitted at Amway Center events. Guests are permitted to bring one small clutch that is 4.5" x 6.5" x 1" or less. Medical and parent bags (max. 14" x 14" x 6") are exceptions but will be subject to X-ray at designated locations for entry to Amway Center.

Are children required to have a valid ticket?

For Orlando Magic home games, children less than 36” tall do not need a ticket, provided the child sits on an adult’s lap. There is no 'minimum age requirement' to attend an event at the Amway Center.

Are cameras allowed into Amway Center?

Non-flash, still cameras may be used. Cameras with detachable lenses longer than three (3) inches are prohibited from all sporting events. Tripods or other photography equipment may not be used or admitted without building-issued media credentials.

Can I bring my own food or beverages inside Amway Center?

Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the arena. However, individual exceptions for medical purposes may be made to this policy.
