"Crayola is very good"

Crayola is an amazing place it has a lot of things to do and plenty of fun. I really enjoyed it I went with some of my family members and we had the best time. However, even with so many amazing things, there were also a few not-so-good but still okay things. I noticed that at the station titled Wrap-it-up, there was some trash on the counter it was only papers that are on the backs of the sticky labels you wrap our crayons in but still it could be slightly cleaner. The next okay thing is the section tilted Paint-palet it has tables with instruction pamphlets and papers to use that have the cut-outs and whatever else the crafts are. However, while a fun place it can get pretty messy I didn't end up doing it but I did notice that there was some water/paint spilled on the table. I must clarify that the two messes I have described are likely down to me coming there right after it has happened because on many occasions I have seen the employees cleaning. The last thing that was okay was that I got a super cute scribble scrubbie set but some of the pieces weren't compatible with each other. The set I got had 4 figurines,1 scoop,1 scrub brush,3 bottles of colored fluid, and 1 waterfall playset. 1 of the 4 figurines barely fit in the pool area which looked to be 2 by 2 inches (4.4 by 4.4 centimeters), and 2 just didn't fit. Now the stuff about the playground. You can go to the playground without an extra fee. I went on this playground 1 or 2 years ago and it was good. I would definitely AVOID the playground if it looks like there are a lot of people there. After a few times that I went on it, I didn't go on it again. It became sort of clear to me that this playground's capacity should be 15 because if there's more it gets REALLY CLAUSTROPHOBIC. There is no capacity sign! A few years ago I went to the toddler town play area a few employees saw me and didn't seem to mind that someone of my age was there. The sign says max age of 4 but it's not really enforced so if you are coming here with a toddler try to avoid the playgrounds from 12:00 pm-2:00 pm as that's when the biggest crowds are there and older kids are likely to be there. Since there is no employee at the entrance to the playground even though the sign says 5-12 a 4-year-old could get in. Most parents are not worried about younger kids than the age limit but older ones. Since some kids who are older (not all but most/some) play roughly be careful if you see someone who looks to be over 13 or so stay clear. Now about the attractions. The attraction called Be a Star lets you take a photo of yourself and then prints it out for you to color. The attraction called scribble scrubbie lets you redeem your vouchers found in our bags for a cute pet to color. The attraction has general admission as well as passholder pets. The attraction at the radical red zone has a skeeball machine and claw machines. The skeeball machine works well and gives you at least 5 tickets always. If you go to the skeeball machine be very careful as a lot of young kids go there and they may try to take the balls from your game. The claw machine is good but the one with plushies don't go there it drops almost every prize you pick up. The other one however lets you play till you win. There are more attractions but I can't include all of them in this review. If you go have fun and stay safe.

"Dirty. Dated. Broke."

What a bummer. Talk about lack of pride and care about one’s job. We went on Oct 14 and was pretty disappointed. Fortunately it’s only $25 a ticket. Place was absolutely disgusting and filthy. Floors were full of trash EVERYWHERE, tables were dirty and never wiped down. There was a slurpee cup that spilled and sitting in front of the Photo Booth the entire two hours we were there. And I watched a “cleaner” walk by, look at it and keep going. Nice. Got two rock hard pretzels at one of the stands. Asked to swap one out and apologized that they were all that way, offered a refund. The counter was soaking wet with water and ice cream. Floor was sticky from spills. Managers were even right there and didn’t ask their employees to clean. Really? The one activity where you melt a crayon into a new shape had maybe 4 working stations out of maybe 15? And even those seemed to have a problem and not work right. We got out of line Overall, place seemed dated and again, was absolutely filthy. The management should be ashamed in themselves to allow it to get, and then stay, that way. Won’t be back. I have two stars because my kids enjoyed it well enough. The lady at the glitter tattoo was nice.

Such a cool experience! This is such a fun place for all ages. Our 4-year-old son loved the make-your-own crayon that comes with admission price, the giant climbing structure, the modeling clay station, and the giant chalkboard area. The gift shop was also very cool and reasonably priced.

"Bad"

Lose credit for very bad experience when entering. We got in without taking our plastic bag on the first floor which contains 3 tokens you can use on the second floor. The person who was dispatching it fiercely said that he had gave it to me as if I was trying to get another 3 tokens from him (he even didn't scan my tickets and tear the code). Interesting... Why I need a second bag? He insisted on that until the man who was checking bag suggested him to scan again to double check. Very bad experience as a kids-based place. I won't come again and won't suggest any of my friend to come. To the people manager: 2/18/2023 11:45am the person who is on duty of above position could be fired...
