While sitting poolside, Mario (Ambassador) approached my wife and I and asked if we would be interested in purchasing one of the packages that Hilton was offering. Not five minutes into the conversation, my wife handed Mario her credit card and we purchased one of the VIP Packages. I write this review to let the “Higher-Ups” at Hilton know just how wonderful Mario (Ambassador) is. Mario took the time and explained everything about what we had purchased. Mario answered every single question we had, gave us all the details about the package we purchased, and most importantly, gave us a presentation that was incredible. Mario was generous with his time, an absolute gentleman, and so pleasant to deal with. I hope you will take this review into consideration when Mario comes up for his monthly/yearly review relating to customer care and satisfaction. Thank you and have a wonderful day. Jack Caruso

Traveled here for a work meeting. Luann at the front desk was such a great guy and helped me find contact solution when there was nowhere to buy it. Catering staff were quick and efficient too. Had a great time and will likely be back!
