Calling all wine enthusiasts! Embark on a two-hour tour with one of Ontario’s certified sommeliers in a members-only wine cellar. During this tour, you’ll learn how to taste wine, distinguish notable aspects of the drink, and discover more about the regions, grapes, and processes used to produce the wine. Meet our founder and certified sommelier: Mackenzie Putici.

You’ll be welcomed with a cocktail using local spirits and then we’ll sit down to a tutored tasting. Learn how to taste wine like a professional, using a grid that will help you identify notable aspects of wine. We’ll discuss the regions and grapes that thrive in Ontario and taste some great Riesling, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc, and Icewine. Savour cheese, and other snacks during the tasting to accentuate your wines. By the end, you’ll have a well-rounded experience of what grows here and how to blind taste a wine.

*Not looking for Ontario wine? No problem. Let us know and we can cover any world region provided enough time is given to organizing the wine.
