Operating every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday, your day starts with a visit to Tijuana, where a guide takes you on a sightseeing tour of the area. Next up is Puerto Nuevo, a lobster village and fishing pos, where you’ll chow down on Puerto Nuevo style lobster rolls and margaritas. Enjoy a mariachi serenade, then travel to Rosarito Beach before taking the scenic route back to San Diego.

While subject to change, a typical Baja Mexico Grand Tour schedule is as follows: (1) 9:00 am Depart San Diego for Mexico (2) 10:00 am - Arrival to Tijuana with City Tour (3) 11:30 am - Depart from Tijuana (4) 12:30 pm - Arrives at Puerto Nuevo (5) 2:30 pm - Depart Puerto Nuevo (6) 3:00 pm - Arrives at Playa de Rosarito (7) 4:45 pm - Depart Playa de Rosarito (8) 6:00 pm - Arrival in San Diego pick-up locations
For US Citizens, you are required to bring a passport for re-entry into the US. Any parents traveling with children are encouraged to carry birth certificates. For Non-US Citizens, a passport, 1-94 card or resident alien card is required. Due to high-security alerts, additional paperwork may be required and is left to the client to inquire through their local embassy.
Their 50 passenger motorcoach has a restroom and is the vehicle most commonly used on their tours. Five Star Tours' smaller motor coaches and vans do not have a restroom.
Five Star Tours will operate a tour rain or shine and do not have assigned seating. They strongly encourage families to participate in their tours and welcome service animals.
