Look for Circle Line's red signs and kiosks or their red-shirted ambassadors to guide you to their dock. (2) Downtown East: Pier 16 South Street Seaport at 89 South St, New York, NY 10038. Look for the blue "Circle Line" ticket booth at the entrance to Pier 16. Upon arrival, they will check your bags through the security line. Once the tour is over, you will arrive back at your original boarding location.
