"Wedding Room Block"

My wife and I had our family and friends at the Hyatt House for a wedding room block. The hotel worked with us and stayed in constant contact regarding available rooms which made the entire process so easy. When the wedding event came around, the hotel was incredibly nice with guests checking in and ensuring the entire process was smooth.

"Comfortable and Welcoming"

My family and I were very satisfied with our stay. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We were also very grateful for the accommodations the staff provided. We arrived a few hours before the official check-in time, and they were understanding of our situation and allowed us to check in a bit earlier. Their kindness and flexibility made our experience even more pleasant.

"Solid option overall for price, location and views"

Very good location next to PATH, easily accessible to center of NY. Very good views for breakfast, could have a better variety but was to good standard overall. Rooms were cleaned regularly, hotel staff were helpful.

GREAT View from the terrace which is used for dining. Early checkin request was somehow confusing to front desk staff after the Hyatt booking asked me if I wanted an early check in and what time I would want (just 1 hour before normal check in) parking validation should have printed instructions on validation sticker related to which order different things needed to be scanned. We figured it out eventually but would have been better if instructions were printed. They cheeped out a bit on the amount of towels they put in the room for you. If you go you should tell the front desk you want more towels before even going up. Good WiFi
