The hotel was right in the heart of downtown Brooklyn. It was walking distance to shopping and food and the subway. The hotel rooms were clean and the staff was very hospitable. Staff gave recommendations for thrifting, good food and navigating to Manhattan. We will definitely be staying here again for our trips back to Brooklyn.

The staff was incredible. Joy, Kat, Molly, Brian, Craig were so very kind, caring and professional. They all went out of their way to be sure my party was well taken care of. Hotel was clean. Breakfast did the trick. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The room & bathroom where very clean. All staff I encountered were very friendly and always ready to help. The food at the bar was delicious and the bartender was such a sweet lady. My only issue is the bed was on the firmer side, but if that’s your preference then you’ll be fine. And the curtains on the windows didn’t shut. The sheer set did close & I was on the 15th floor but it still felt a bit odd.

Great hotel with a fab location. Right near the Brooklyn and Manhattan bridge, subway stations and plenty of shops and restaurants. Hotel is amazing, super comfy beds and spacious rooms, really good for the price. Air con was great too as there was a heatwave. Hotel breakfast was good, could have more choice but still was always hot and fresh. The waffle machine was a personal favourite! The hotel restaurant was lovely and food was delicious. Service at the front desk was always friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great stay!
