One of the best experiences I’ve had at an IHG hotel! The front desk staff were so kind and helpful, after a long day of flight delays and cancellations. I booked this hotel same day, because I needed a good nights rest. This is very well located, close to many New York attractions and subway stations. I walked from Penn Station coming from JFK. They upgraded my room and gave me a goodie bag with some treats when I checked in. Even as a platinum IHG member, I’ve only been upgraded one other time. My room was nice, and the bed comfortable. The water in the bathrooms were hot and there were plenty of towels. After this experience, I’d definitely stay here again!

I thoroughly enjoy my stays at this hotel. The associates are all very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are always clean comfortable. I come into the city often for work with a nonprofit organization and they are always accommodating. This past trip, we were faced with a huge Nor’easter that dumped more than a foot and a half of snow and even two feet in some areas. I planned to come into earlier to avoid any travel disruptions and the hotel allowed me to check in early. It’s these friendly gestures that keep me coming back.
