Brilliant tour company. All staff and drivers were fantastic, fun and very knowledgeable. We even got a discount because we are from the UK 😅 It was a brilliant way to tour Washington DC on the day trip we had. That good, in fact, that we are planning to return to stay for a few days to explore properly for a longer time. Thank you so much for an excellent service!

"Jace was great !"

We had high expectations after having great experiences with this same trolley service in Nashville & Savannah. However, the DC drivers are not near as informative & nice as Savannah and Nashville. We had one great driver in DC on April 4, 2025. His name was Jace. He spoke clearly and had soooo much more interesting info/facts than the other DC drivers. Sadly he got his lunch break and we had to board a different trolley. That kid needs a raise! He was great! This service was okay. Uber would be cheaper though. If Jace was driving them all I’d say do it! But the others were just meh.

Originally, we picked the electric car tour. Big mistake. Car broke down and company hasn’t responded to my requests for a refund. So, next day we went on Trolley Tour and enjoyed it so much more. First, you’re up higher and can see more. Second, you go faster. Third, the guides seemed more knowledgeable and friendly. Our first guide who has a sister working at EPA was REALLY personable, funny, and informative. My teenager was engaged the whole time.

This is our 4th city in which we’ve done the Old Town Trolley tour and like the others, it’s amazing! By far best hop on hop off tour! So informative and engaging. The guides we had (Mike and Mr. Kelly), were so knowledgeable and funny. They talk the entire time, the information is interesting, you can hear them well, the timing of trolleys is excellent. Can’t recommend this company enough (far better than competitors which we have done as well)!
