100% not worth it. We paid $120 for 2 tickets. Driver said next bus would come in 30 minutes. It didn’t come for over 45 minutes. The map was not correct. Two stops on the map didn’t happen. We were two couples and paid $240 total. Would have been better just taking Ubers to each location

"Unhelpful information given"

In our experience, the map dictating the trolly stops was inaccurate. This caused us to miss the trolly several times. Even after attempting to contact customer service, the information given was wrong once again. Additionally, the drop off locations were still quite far from the attractions. This was not worth our time or money and left our family unsatisfied.

Absolutely amazing experience and worth what you pay! I was skeptical of the price at first but Sarah really sold me on it! She was externally kind, patient, and helpful! My driver was Birdie, was very knowledgeable and friendly, she went above and beyond making my experience memorable. Would love to bring my friends and family along on a tour in the future! Highly recommend, and thank you guys!

"Best Value Trolley tour for visiting Washington."

The most amazing trolley tour where you have a sticker which you wear so you can get on and off all day. The staff are really informative and always willing to help and answer any questions. Trollies are frequent with one along quite frequently and they stop near places to eat especially at the Arlington pick up stop to go to the monument and cemetery.

"Stops are not clearly marked"

The tour advertises itself as a circular route where you can start at any of the stops. We chose to start at the nearest stop to our hotel. We looked at the map and went to the location marked on it. There was no signage to indicate where the stop might be. We then tried the next nearest stop. Again there was no signage but we waited in the spot marked on the map. After some time, a bus went past and stopped a significant way down the street where we were unable to get to it in time. In the end we had to take the metro to the first stop. When we were on the tour, the bus would stop in a place were there was no signage. This meant you had to get back on there rather than skip a stop as otherwise you would never find where you were meant to catch it. An accurate map needs to be made if it is to be advertised as a tour you can start anywhere, or signs at the stops like other companies do. They could even use what3words to help accurately pinpoint the stops.
