The employees at this Hilton Garden Inn were absolutely wonderful!! The location was nice (right downtown), and the room wasn’t luxurious, but it was very nice … but I guarantee I will definitely use this hotel again because the employees were exceptional! They were always in a good mood, always smiling, and always willing to go out of their way to help you! While this applies to everyone, there were several standouts that we actually got very close to during that week. Cassandra was outstanding! She was always willing to help with whatever we needed and always - ALWAYS - had a beautiful smile on her face! Lala and Suki were also always in a good mood, always smiling, and always willing to go that extra mile, if needed. It is nice to have beautiful rooms and luxurious facilities, but none of that matters if the staff is not friendly and helpful. I guarantee that anytime I come back to DC, I will definitely stay at this Hilton Garden Inn simply because of the great staff!! I just can’t say enough about how nice it was to come back to the hotel in the evening and feel almost like you were coming home! Please feel free to contact me if you need any more information. Moniece who served us as breakfast was AMAZING. So helpful and friendly. My husband is a coeliac and she checked with the kitchen to see if they could accommodate him. Everything was good to go. We need more people like her in the UK.
