"First and Last Stay at This Hotel"

Had to make a quick, 2-day trip to DC, and decided to “save” a few bucks vs. my usual Embassy Suites routine. BIG MISTAKE!! 1) This hotel is old - fixtures, decor, etc - just old. 2) Fridge in room didn’t work. Texted front desk and they said they’d take care of it - that never happened. 3) Ice machine on floor didn’t work. Had to try three other floors before I found on that did work. 4) Breakfast isn’t complimentary, and the restaurant buffet is $30. For a hotel charging me $250+ for a room, that’s unacceptable. 5) Water pressure in shower is very poor. 6) Both rolls of toilet paper had about half left on them. I’m guessing they didn’t get replaced after previous guest. If, like me, you’re a Hilton Honors member - do yourself a huge favor - pay the few extra dollars and go down the street to the Embassy Suites. I know I will.-

"Jennifer is amazing!"

This was a great experience overall! I had some bumps in the road but Jennifer made it all better. I can’t thank her enough for her service! Give her all the accolades please! The rooms are a bit hot, things need to be updated in the rooms, and the bellman are not very helpful. They seemed annoyed that I even wanted a luggage cart and just stood watching me struggle with my luggage without offering to help hahaha. But, yes, I only wrote this review to make sure Jennifer got some recognition!

"Prepaid room got overbooked"

I booked and prepaid in full for a room at this hotel, only to arrive and be told they had no rooms available due to overbooking. Instead of honoring my confirmed, non-refundable reservation, they asked me to wait for a transfer—something that makes absolutely no sense. Apparently, while I can’t cancel or change my mind after paying, the hotel can just overbook at will and leave guests stranded. I was forced to drive 40 minutes to a Hampton Inn at midnight, which was far from what I originally booked. And just to note—I happen to be a Hilton Gold member. If this is how they treat their loyalty members, I can’t imagine what regular guests go through. Completely unacceptable experience.

Her professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality enhanced my experience, and her exceptional treatment of my family and me has made me a returning guest. I have no complaints whatsoever about her customer service—it was impeccable. I sincerely hope other hotels take note of the exemplary standard she sets.

Awesome! Bed, bathroom, staff support, space, TV, bathroom and I got digital key easy to check in and out over the phone app. I will definitely xome back. The room is so spacious all ammenities are in good condition. Easy to reach out for help over text messages. All staff were cheerful and reapectful.
