How long is the tour?

The Monterey & Carmel - Scenic California Coastline Tour is a full-day tour that is 11 hours long. Passengers will be driven throughout the tour.

Is hotel pick-up service available?

Please confirm your tour with Tower Tours at least 24 hours prior to the tour date. Tower Tours provides courtesy pick-up from the Union Square area at the Westin St. Francis Hotel at the POST STREET ENTRANCE of the Westin St. Francis located at 427 Post Street, 50 minutes before your tour time. If you are not staying at a hotel, please meet at the Tower Tours Office at 288 Beach Street (Corner of Mason Street) at Fisherman's Wharf 30 minutes prior to tour departure time.

Are meals included?

Meals are not included in the cost of our tours. However, your tour time may be allotted during the rest stops to grab food and drinks.

What is the cancellation policy?

Any cancellations made by the listed cancellation date will receive a FULL REFUND with NO CANCELLATION FEES. Any reservations past the cancellation date cannot be changed or canceled.

Can I bring a wheelchair on-board the bus?

If the wheelchair is collapsible, it may be able to store underneath the bus, depending on the tour. Subject to change based on capacity and bus assignments.

If I am driving, where should I park?

Public parking is available at several Fisherman’s Wharf neighborhood garages. Please allow ample time to accommodate traffic delays and to park your vehicle. Check-in for your tour is 20 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time listed.
