We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Zoe Fisherman’s Wharf, San Francisco. Traveling with our dog was so easy and comfortable - the hotel is very pet-friendly and welcoming. The location is very convenient, the place is well-maintained, the room is clean, and we felt safe throughout our entire stay. All the staff were friendly and helpful, especially sir Jose, who went above and beyond to assist us. His warm service truly made our stay even better. Overall value of our stay was really worth it. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again! Thank you.

I had an amazing two night stay at Hotel Zoe for Thanksgiving. Starting from the time I walked towards the entrance, the front doormen/valet Ben greeted me and was very kind. Upon walking in I was greeted by Jose at the front desk who was helpful, personable, and he provided all the pertinent information I need for my stay about the room, breakfast, lounge area, discounts for guests at the nearby restaurants, early check-in, late check-out, etc. The lobby that is directly connected to the lounge area was very cozy, great area to relax during a stay here. The room was very simple but clean. It's nice that there is a refrigerator to keep my drinks cool. I thought my bed was a little firm for my taste but I still had an excellent rest, it was nice and quiet which matters more. The location is perfect, just a 4 minute walk to Boudin Bakery and about a 8 minute walk to Pier 39. There's a Trader Joe's only steps away which is perfect to save a little money and buy drink and even alcohol at. Overall I highly recommend Hotel Zoe. All the staff was great which includes Pescatore but I'll save that for another review.

It was a great experience being accommodated well by inclusive and respectful people. Our needs were met well and always on time, and we always felt welcomed by the staff. Mr. Arnold Yabut is a fellow Filipino who served us well and always had a smile on his face whenever we would encounter him around. It’s been a pleasure being acquainted with the likes of him among other staff members.
