At the end of our 5 day roadtrip, we were bound for San Francisco to ride the Big Bus Tours see the sights and visit Fisherman’s Wharf. I spoke to the associate Jose a few weeks back and explained that we would be arriving at 7:30AM and would be leaving early morning, but was unable to confirm our stay. The trip from San Francisco Airport to the hotel took 30 mins. Upon arrival, luckily, it was Jose manning the reception. Well-kept and well-groomed. He was very courteous and soft-spoken. He gave detailed instructions regarding the rooms, the restaurant, and the surrounding tourist attractions. He was able to give the room early and that the room was ready when we arrived. I was very surprised and thankful. This is more of a modern, boutique-style place but with amenities of a hotel. Gives it a more relaxing feel compared to hotels which for me, appear somewhat stiff. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained. The washroom is very high-end, with essentials in apothecary-like bottles. We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Zoe, despite the short stay. Walking distance from Fisherman’s Wharf, and a block away from the Big Bus Tour stop. I highly recommend the place. Just look for Jose. He made our stay and trip a memorable one indeed.

I stupidly left my toothpaste at home and an amazing employee at Hotel Zoe named Mario went out of his way to get me samples so i didn’t have to rebuy. This is hospitality at its finest. He didn’t ask for anything in return and he was genuinely happy to stop what he was doing and go out of his way just to help me out. Mario is a fine representation of what kind of hospitality a high class hotel should offer. Here’s hoping he gets that well deserved promotion and raise 😁

Was recommended this hotel for a Bleisure trip where I had business meetings and brought my son and my mom to enjoy the city while I was out for the day. From the minute we walked in the valet and staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially Jose who went out of his wear on numerous interactions to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay. Besides the amazing staff, we loved the lobby, patio and the free coffee.

This Hotel is an absolute must! We researched several hotels before deciding on Hotel Zoe, and I am extremely glad that we did. All of my expectations were exceeded and we had a top-notch experience. The customer service was exemplary, the beds were as comfortable as my own, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was friendly, warm and welcoming.
