Hotel is in a great location. 2 blocks from the hop on/off bus service, close to Pier 39 and only a few miles from Chinatown. Room was clean and staff were very helpful. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone heading for San Fran.

Had an amazing experience at this hotel! The location was perfect – close to everything we wanted to see. The room was clean, and the staff were all friendly and welcoming. There's no concierge on site, but Max at the front desk was really nice and gave us helpful tips about the city and public transportation. Thanks to him, we got to ride and enjoy the cable cars, and also made it to the ballpark pretty easily. Would stay here again.

Our stay at the Zoe Hotel was wonderful because we saw familiar faces. Ariel remembered us from before and always made us feel like family. He went out of his way to help us with a problem we had trying to get our daughter set up in her dorm room. We couldn’t find what we needed so Ariel remembered our needs and when he went home found what we were looking for and brought it to work with him the next day and gave it to us so my daughter could complete her project….. that was so awesome that he went out of his way and on his time off thought of us…. It’s people like him that make life amazing….. thank you Ariel for your kindness! The Zoe Hotel is lucky to have someone special like him to add something other Hotels can’t ….
