Wonderful hotel, great location right at Fisherman's Wharf! A lot of things are within walking distance but if you need a break from walking, muni and cable car stations are also close by. Trader Joe's is around the corner and across from TJs is this excellent restaurant, New Thai Elephant. Their food is so good. We were in SF for a week and ate there 4 times. 😊 Our room was on the street side so you can hear all the usual street noise. We're used to the city sounds so it didn't bother us too much. On two occasions, we were woken up super early in the morning from what sounded like unloading from a delivery truck (?) Not sure if they were delivering for the restaurant in the hotel but it was pretty early and they were pretty loud. On our first night, we were startled and thought someone was trying to open our door. It was actually the room next to ours but whenever they open their door, it sounded like ours. Special shout out to Jose at the front desk. He was helpful and provided lots of information when we got there. Super friendly and great customer service. We appreciate you, Jose! It was great chatting with you. Have fun completing your bucket list!

This hotel was perfect for all that SF offers. Not far from Alcatraz pier, pier 39, all restaurants and bars and 10 minute walk from cable cars. We had a lovely large clean king room and were able to get breakfast next door to the hotel with $15 credits if you stayed at the hotel. We came late at night so night porter forgot to give us a card where we could have got 10% off restaurants in pier 39, only found out a couple of days later when overhearing receptionist telling another guest. We didn’t know about free coffee in the lobby either, Maybe something that need’s addressed for the future guest. All staff are friendly in the hotel, Jose on reception is super efficient and very helpful, he helped us with getting a taxi at short notice when we were let down. There is a comfortable waiting area in the lobby and a nice outside courtyard. All in all a good experience and would recommend this hotel in the Fisherman Wharf area.

Just come back from San Francisco and stayed at Hotel Zoe, that was recommended by our friends Travel Agency La Vida Travel. The hotel staff are so welcoming and helpful,hospitality at its best. We arrived to a free upgrade to a junior suite, which was very nice. Location is superb, minutes walk to Fisherman’s Wharf with plenty to see. Bus stops right outside to get to Golden Gate, trams also stop very close. Can't recommend Hotel Zoe highly enough, made us so welcome, great place to stay. Thanks for making our trip and my birthday so special.

We stayed at this hotel during our honeymoon and had a wonderful experience overall. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and we were delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade & a free bottle of wine, which was a lovely gesture and made our stay feel extra special. The hotel is in a great location, with plenty to see and do within walking distance, and we particularly appreciated the availability of complimentary tea and coffee throughout our stay. The room was super clean and lots of great touches, such as selection of toiletries and usb chargers. The only slight disappointment was that the bikes were unavailable for hire during the entire duration of our visit, as we had been looking forward to exploring the area this way. That said, this did not detract too much from what was otherwise an excellent stay, and we would happily recommend the hotel to others.

We locked this hotel because of its location, reviews and price. Hotel is a block and a half from Pier 39 and a block from Trader Joe’s, which is very convenient. We had a queen suite since we went with two kids. They slept on the pullout sofa. Room was well appointed with nice toiletries and plenty of towels. When I needed a shower cap, one was delivered in five minutes. When my tv didn’t work, they were also there quickly. Very nice staff. Such a good location. Great restaurant attached to it. I got free breakfasts and a hundred dollar voucher because I have the chase sapphire credit card. We were very satisfied with our hotel stay and the value we received
