amazing Hotel, workers are very helpfull and kind, the rooms were confortable and full optional. You can also find a private gym and in every floor is possible to refill your bottle with freeze water and ice for free! shut-out to Prince, a very good guy who assisted me during my stay. I suggest you to choose this location for your vacation.

Beware of hidden fees. I stayed at the Zephyr a few years back so I know the Hotel. I booked another stay in August 2025 through Expedia. I got an email from Hotel night before informing me of an extra $75 per day and $ 30 per day. I tried calling Hotel, no answer. I called Expedia and the customer service representative of Expedia said, Zephyr Hotel did not answer call. Expedia representative explained to me that the $75 is for a fire pit!! The $30 is for internet. I have internet on my phone and most hotels have free internet. I tried to cancel but no one answered phone at Zephyr Hotel. I never went to Hotel because I was not going to pay another $105.00 per night. There is many more Hotels in San Francisco who do not have hidden fees and answer phone calls.
