Our check in experience was absolutely amazing with Jr! My phone died and he was as so kind to help me charge it and get my check in squared away. He was so accommodating. The rooms were absolutely amazing and clean, plus they had tons of games. But really the highlight of the stay was the customer service we received upon check in from Jr. it really makes or breaks a stay when staff is nice to you. So thank you so much!

Location is amazing, in the middle of Fisherman’s Wharf & so central to all you want access to as a tourist. Clean room. But the rest of the experience wasn’t great. We had to move room 2 times - first was they allocated us the wrong type of room than was booked, 2nd was the shower / bath tap was broken. Then in the 3rd room we found the tv was not working. Help was sent but the response was that the internet was not working - funny how we were googling on the hotels wifi at the time! Through all of that, there was not one apology from a staff member. Pretty poor service. Power setup was very questionable. Beds we found hard & uncomfortable. Bar tender at the attached bar was unfriendly. Photos on website clearly do this hotel justice compared to real life. Not the worst place to stay, but overall a bit disappointing.

Very small rooms. Need to have superior muscles to open balcony door. Charged $30 for amenities which were a water bottle and a stale s’mores packet. Couldn’t use the fire pit because of rude people saving seats for no one. The best thing about this place was the hair and body care products. We paid $65 for parking and every time we left the key card failed and we had to ask to have gate lifted. Not worth the money to stay here.

We got a group for this hotel and the group never came through even though it’s in my purchased information. The hotel had available space and we got it for the same days they assisted with making sure we had what we needed for my Birthday trip and Sean the guy that recommends what to do in the area was great. This hotel was perfect we had a great time and now we will be heading to the pier to board the cruise ship
