location was fine The room itself was not Wallpaper peeled off Closet door wasn’t aligned (i had to continuously fix it) Door lock would get stuck & i had to force to unlock it Microwave didn’t work For 2300 for the week, don’t bother & get yourself a better place

“The best accommodation ever! The front desk made us feel completely safe with 24-hour service and constant support. The staff were always kind and did their best from the guest’s perspective. The front desk team, the hotelier staff, and the clean, stylish interior — everything was amazing. The location was perfect, and the lounge and firepit area gave us unforgettable memories. Truly the best!” The location and cleanliness were both great, but there were just too many people around the firepit area in the evening. The location was amazing! Pier 39 was right in front, so we walked there and had clam chowder in the morning! The price was reasonable, and they gave us a s’mores set at check-in. Every evening, you can make s’mores at the hotel lobby firepit. And thank you to the staff for kindly guiding us all the way back! The Hard Rock Cafe being so close was another great thing! You should definitely stop by for a drink in the evening — it’s so close that you can go without any worries!

We had an amazing stay at the hotel zephyr. Best location for kids. So much to do within close walking distance. I want to especially mention the staff. Anthony Chen is such a kind hearted person. A major asset to that hotel. He knows what customer service means. Prince is also super awesome. Also want to make a call out to Glenn. He did everything to make our stay super accommodating.
