Purchased gift cards, which were valid and repeatedly denied. A miserable experience. Do not purchase gift cards from the Kingsbowl website, unless you enjoy being hassled by uninformed staff.

Great customer service, staff was nice & friendly. Bowling was fun however they need new bowling balls and pool tables. Had the buffalo wings, they were small & not the best quality. Pricey but Happy Hour is optional.

Great bar service! Fun environment for couples, families or a group outing. Fun drinks and large bar food menu.

Server was great, got screwed for bowling even though we called ahead of time. Terrible service at the bowling counter.

My family of four (including 12 yo daughter, 14 yo son, and husband) visited 4 days ago and had such an amazing time! We arrived around 1:30pm for a couple of games of bowling. We didn't leave until about 8pm! Had such a fun time playing pool, darts, Jenga, Connect 4, Foosball, air hockey, and more bowling. The food was surprisingly delicious as we ended up have dinner there: parmesan truffle fries,tuna poke nacho, truffle mac-n-cheese, pizza, cinnamon monkey bread. Yummy and happy! Can't say enough good things about the warm, friendly staff: Carly, James, and especially Allysa Espinosa made us feel like family and friends. If we didn't live in NYC, we'd be regulars for sure. Highly recommend for all ages and great for parties!
